The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model

This position is in support of the Sentinel Program aka Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) contract. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and track the status of all purchases within the portfolio to ensure timely delivery of material.
+ Proactively communicate with vendors to address delays and expedite shipments, and identify and resolve issues that may cause late deliveries.
+ Identify program risks involving suppliers and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Collaborate with the procurement department to resolve payment issues.
+ Coordinate and manage program documentation.
+ Maintain supplier deadlines and milestones.
+ Assist with the procurement process including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders as need.
+ Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field with a 2-4 years of experience in program analysis or,
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably within a government contracting environment.
+ Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama area
+ DoD Secret Security Clearance, or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Deltek Costpoint experience
+ Supplier relationship management experience
+ SECRET Clearance
