Collaborate with cross-functional experts in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Materials, and Supply Chain to drive transformational change in the supply chain. What You Will Do: Lead and Drive Program Success: Foster strong relationships with program teams to ensure all key objectives are achieved, aligning supply chain functions with program goals. Champion Supply Chain Excellence: Implement processes, standards, and strategies that align with program goals and drive operational excellence in supply chain operations for new product introductions. Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee supplier partnerships to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials, meeting quality and schedule requirements. Oversee risk management efforts to mitigate potential disruptions due to capacity or supplier challenges. Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage cost targets, proactively communicating any impacts to Program Leadership. Program Management: Collaborate with Commodity, Procurement, and Program teams to meet both short-term and long-term objectives. Develop and track critical milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion. Clear Communication: Establish and maintain open channels of communication between the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Program teams, removing obstacles and ensuring alignment with business goals. Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel up to 15% to support program and team needs. The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
