The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
+ Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
+ Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Retail while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Retail and Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Retail Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Role & Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:
Analyzes corporate transportation and warehousing methods and procedures to develop the most economically advantageous and efficient means of receiving products from our suppliers. Procures and oversees external truck transportation services and ensures compliance with US and local transportation regulations. Identifies and implements consolidation efforts to ensure that most economical means of shipping are utilized for all inbound material. Conducts ongoing review of all milk runs and adjusts as needed to maintain lowest cost option. Evaluates all oversea ocean shipments to ensure optimal container utilization on quarterly basis. Reviews ocean freight costs on monthly basis for review with each of divisions. Audits SSUI on monthly basis for any exceptions to standard shipping practice and works with divisions on corrective actions when exceptions occur. Sources and monitors all external warehousing to ensure most competitive options is utilized. Identify and implement improvement plans for all shipments between Mirror divisions to increase utilization and reduce number of shipments. Conducts analysis on cost/benefit of external warehousing. Champion overall inbound freight cost reduction efforts across the divisions. Monitor and drive supply base to on time delivery scores. Monitor / Track and eliminate component stock-outs.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work is complex and difficult in character and requires strong supply chain background and broad business knowledge in addition to data analysis skills. Work involves independent problem solving and decision making with general direction given on project objectives and broad guidance from corporate strategy and goals. Exercises considerable latitude in determining specific project objectives and approaches to assignment. Involves close collaboration with division materials management and purchasing teams.

· Manages and sources ocean transportation for Mirrors NA to optimize costs, inventory, and container utilization. Ensures compliance with US and international regulations. Creates and monitors an “Ocean burn-out” data base to ensure on-time ocean deliveries / containers / rail / truck
· Evaluates all the Mirrors NA milk run truck shipments on monthly basis and makes adjustments as needed to frequency and timing of pickups.
· Leads the cost reduction efforts for inbound freight and closely works with materials and purchasing teams at each division to implement savings projects.
· Conducts analysis on total warehouse cost both internal and external and recommends improvements to divisions.
· Monitors supply base for On-time delivery and creates tracking reports to share with cross-function teams.
· Drives supply base to on-time delivery by using a scoring system.
· Monitors and tracks purchased component stock-outs to drive elimination.
· Continually creates / implements cost savings solutions around full Supply Chain Value Stream.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of Associates Degree strongly recommended

Job Purpose
The Plant Materials Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations within the plant, focusing on the efficient movement and storage of materials, components, and finished products. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, analyze and forward requirements to suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.
* Identify and assist in resolving delivery performance problems to reduce late purchased parts and subsequent production down time.
* Maintain communications with suppliers to identify late or short deliveries to enable alternate action to be taken and to provide updates to manufacturing personnel.
* Maintain open communications with Manufacturing to keep informed on late deliveries and potential quality problems.
* Develop or assist with contingency plans for late deliveries to enable realistic delivery dates to be transmitted to production for workforce and Shipping requirements.
* Contact potential suppliers on new parts for estimated delivery to ensure parts availability to meet production and Shipping objectives; monitor planning of purchased parts to ensure requirements are satisfied.
* Analyze trends and keep management advised of action to improve or dissolve chronic suppliers.
* Guide and train less experienced personnel in the techniques of supervising and coordinating on-time deliveries.
* Monitor lead times of purchased parts, by supplier. Inform management when lead times move out of acceptable and expected time frames.
* Maintain quality metrics by supplier.
* Order and expedite parts that are outside the normal lead time to support short lead adds in manufacturing.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* OR high school diploma/GED plus 5 or more years in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Material Analyst Role, preferably 5 years experience
* APICS certification
