KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Operations Planning

Support buyers in resolving supplier delivery issues, pricing discrepancies, and expediting/de-expediting needs.
Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Manager on supplier performance and cost improvement initiatives.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure follow-through on commitments and resolution to problems
Leadership & Team Development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of planners and buyers.
Promote collaboration between planning, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Drive process optimization efforts on an ongoing basis to remove process inefficiencies
Utilizing change management techniques, ensure cross-functional adoption of new processes, systems, or tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
APICS certification or other relevant qualification preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning) preferably in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and ERP/MRP systems.
Proven ability to lead teams, administer cross-functional processes, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

This role will involve strategizing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain logistics and financial, academic and clinical team's requirements. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Procure to Pay Process
Manages the daily operations of the receiving department, mailroom, quick copy center, delivery and the matching of purchase orders, invoices to receipts.

Liaises with the procurement and accounts payable team to ensure the timely payment of invoices, minimizing instances of credit hold.
As a representative of the Value Analysis team is responsible for product implementation project management.
Technology Management:
Manages the handheld technology and printing solution used for Oracle.
Collaborates closely with all of the Supply Chain Directors to synergize the relationships with key stakeholders for data integrity and process improvements.
Shares the technical management of the Value Analysis Microsoft Business Intelligence Item Request Portal acts in collaboration with the Director of Value Analysis to manage and make programming changes.
Troubleshoots Oracle ERP issues in the Supply Chain.
Responsible for designating of UNSPC codes to products for adding to the item master.
Manages the technology used to reorder products in departments, including respiratory, central sterile and receiving. Allocates technology as needed.
Supports all Supply Chain intranet sites including Procurement, Administrative Services, and Supply Chainsupplier update.
Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Strategically manages supplier performance including product shortages in close collaboration with Procurement.

Required Qualifications:

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator drives day to day execution of Fulton's global supply chain plan to ensure materials arrive on time, and in compliance with specific quality and ASME requirements. This role integrates SIOP updates with real-time import logistics, partnering closely with factories and forwarders to convert demand signals into executable plans, book and track shipments, resolve exceptions, and communicate status to stakeholders across CNY/FEP/HOU/UK operations. A. JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is in charge of developing and managing end-to-end supply chain for the site. They lead coordination activities with purchasing, business development, production, quality control and quality assurance on site to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of timely delivery and quantities. The position requires both customer and strategic focus while providing daily tactical leadership and support to the organization.
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for materials management, demand/production planning, warehouse and distribution functions. They manage inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations and manage and maintain all material master information within the ERP system. The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for overseeing demand and supply planning to ensure inventory is delivered on time and aligned with business needs. The Supply Chain Planner will manage and execute assigned category planning responsibilities, including S&OP, forecasting, stock buys, inventory management, and Hot Market activities. Responsibilities
Facilitate Demand Planning activities
Manage Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned business area

Recruitment Assessments
Expected annual base pay range for the role is 125,000 USD to 185,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. PRIMARY PURPOSE
* Provide support to the Director of Supply Operations to execute responsibilities such as but not limited to Finish goods buying and production management.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Supply Operations to
* Act as the Supply operations liaison to bridge communication with cross functional partners to enhance or develop global business processes that are effective and efficient. This is inclusive but not limited to face-to-face meetings and conference calls.
* Lead the Supply Operations team to develop or enhance current production tracking reports for information sharing with leadership and drive discussions with Supply Chain team.
* Finished Good Production Placement for all Distribution Channels. Analyze finish goods inventory levels, production receipts and forecast to determine monthly production buy while adhering to service providers lead time.
* Track Finished Goods delivery from production placement to receipt in DC. Ensure finished goods deliveries are on schedule to meet company demand.
* Manage Demand/Production changes after initial placement. Review and determine best course of action to meet additional demand need, feasibility of cancelling production and securing raw material liabilities and usage of excess inventory
* Support special projects and key collaboration initiatives
* Manage the information flow between Production and the Distribution channels. Keep the Distribution channels informed on product availability and production issues.
* Review and execute daily inquiries from Business Partners i.e., product availability and opportunities to expedite production,
* Determine Inventory allocation for the distribution channels that is aligned with business objectives.
* Ability to perform efficiently in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.

Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with minimum 3 years of experience with a thorough understanding of Production Planning and Inventory Allocation.
