This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Responsible for the management of Central Supply perpetual inventory at Lurie main as well as assigned par locations.
Develop metrics and KPIs using available data from Lurie business systems (UKG, Workday) to hold staff accountable and ensure even distribution of workload amongst the central supply team.
Regularly evaluates staff and provides feedback related to achievement of established organizational and departmental goals.

Responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the item master and item vendor relationships contained in the Materials Management Information System. The database is used across the enterprise for product requisitioning, order entry, issuing purchase orders, receiving products and services, invoice verification and matching invoices for payments. Enters and maintains large volumes of information including but not limited to items, vendors, pricing, and units of measure along with other key elements associated to an items attributes. About the role
Reporting to the Melrose Park Site Plant Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will lead all supply chain management processes and activities across the supply site to the benefit of external and internal customers and supply chain operations. The role will also ensure that the following activities are planned, organized and controlled to meet agreed targets and KPI's set, from receipt of order through to dispatch to customer at lowest total cost, including
Key responsibilities
* The selected candidate will support the Coatings business unit to understand projected Customer demand and partnering with Suppliers, Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs) and internal teams to ensure efficient continuity of Supply.
* The selected candidate will also ensure we manage inventory by utilizing our internal processes to right-size our safety stocks inventory and work with our Commercial, Finance and Operations colleagues to productively reduce our Stock At Risk inventory.
* The successful candidate will also partner with our supply network partners to support the growth of our business.
* This role is best suited to people who are strong communicators, collaborators, problem-solvers, and enjoy being enabled and empowered to deliver results.
* The candidate will manage site end to end supply chain and drive strategy for the plant as well as the supply chain function. This includes warehouse and supply planning functions as part of the responsibility of management and execution.
* Lead with a "Safety First, Quality Always" mindset, ensuring that all activities on site are completed in-line with Kerry's Quality and Safety policies
* Collaborate with Demand Planners to ensure best visibility of projected Customer demand
* Accountability that supply plans are in place to maintain service and agreed safety stock levels including scheduling of production of activities, stocks, capacity and raw materials.
* Oversee the shipment of orders to meet our customer's requested delivery dates and report on orders which have failed to reach the Customer On-Time and In-Full.
* Partner closely with our Customer Care teams to ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to our customers
* Manage our Stock-At-Risk inventory Control Tower, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Operations colleagues to productively reduce our Stock At Risk inventory

* Good experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Establishing/demonstrating/reviewing K.P.I's to meet operational needs through effective collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of information

The pay range for this position is $107,000- $181,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
