About the Role
Working under the Director of Operations, the Supply Chain Planner will work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to provide leadership and coordination of all aspects of production planning, production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and procurement at the Norcross location. Success in this role means consistently meeting production and delivery targets while minimizing costs and disruptions. By driving data-driven decisions and process improvements, the Supply Chain Planner helps the company remain competitive and responsive to market changes.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Create and optimize the daily production schedule to ensure the most efficient schedule for production while maintaining excellent inventory levels.
Complete ownership of finished goods and production materials inventory, including accuracy, min/max levels, physical inventories and cycle count program.
Ownership of daily processing accuracy including production orders, FIFO policies, and raw material usage/shortages.
Manage the procurement of ingredients and packaging materials for the plant, including third party finished good items.
Ensure and oversee accurate counting and reporting of receipts and inventories into the proper systems.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure that expectations are understood; ensure that performance against expectations is measured and monitored on a regular basis.
Coordinate inbound and outbound plant shipping and receiving.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of relevant activities and drive improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Education and/or Experience)
Required - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited 4-year college, or equivalent relevant experience.
Required - At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, process improvement, or consulting.
Preferred - Prior experience working in Food and Beverage Manufacturing.

+ Develop and lead the supplier environmental engagement strategy which aims to engage 75% of suppliers, by spend, to adopt climate targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). + Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of supplier risk and performance data and dashboards to prioritize areas of focus and inform internal stakeholders

**Strategic Stakeholder Engagement**
