Qualifications Essential Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in supply chain management and logistics, with strong expertise in Imports & Exports and supply chain planning. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities. Technical: Proficiency with TMS & ERP systems and data analysis tools. Mindset: Customer-centric approach with ability to influence and drive change. Technical Skills Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. Knowledge of international commerce, export/import requirements, and customs regulations. Familiarity with international payment instruments, letters of credit, Incoterms, and governing rules.
