Novilla RNG is rapidly expanding with 5 projects in operation and two new construction projects in South Dakota with December 2026 COD goals. General Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for sourcing, bidding, procurement, and vendor management in support of Novilla RNG's dairy RNG projects. This role plays a critical part in controlling project costs, ensuring material availability, and supporting construction schedules through effective purchasing, supplier relationships, and purchase order management. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Finance teams to manage competitive bidding, issue and track purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain visibility into procurement status across multiple active projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities This role includes direct supervision of one supply chain team member and works closely with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance departments to support both new construction projects and existing operating RNG facilities. Lead competitive bidding processes for equipment, materials, and services in coordination with Engineering and Construction teams. The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a significant and complex portfolio within Ford's global purchasing and supply chain operations. What you'll do... * Provide strategic oversight and direct leadership to a high-performing team of supply chain managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Develop, champion, and implement long-term, visionary global purchasing and sourcing strategies that are intricately aligned with Ford's overarching business objectives, including future product roadmaps and sustainability goals. * Strategically manage a large, complex portfolio of critical categories/commodities, ensuring aggressive cost optimization, proactive risk mitigation, and building unparalleled supply chain resilience and agility through innovative approaches. * Lead and orchestrate high-level cross-functional collaboration across numerous departments, global regions, and executive stakeholders to drive consensus and implement holistic sourcing solutions. * Pioneer the development and implementation of cutting-edge cost models, negotiation strategies, and advanced forecasting techniques to drive significant financial advantages and market leadership. * Cultivate and manage critical, strategic supplier relationships at an executive level, fostering deep collaboration, co-creation, and driving breakthrough innovation from the supply base. * Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex supply chain risks, including geopolitical shifts, environmental factors, technological disruptions, and market volatility, implementing innovative risk management solutions. * Initiate, lead, and drive large-scale continuous improvement and transformative initiatives across the entire supply chain, challenging existing paradigms and implementing disruptive technologies and processes. * Develop, manage, and strategically allocate significant budgets and resources to achieve aggressive purchasing and supply chain objectives. * Mentor, coach, and develop future leaders within the team, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and strategic thinking. * Articulate and present compelling strategic supply chain plans, negotiation outcomes, and innovative recommendations to executive leadership, influencing key business decisions. * Desired Technical Areas of Expertise: * Exteriors -
