Primary Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Coordination:
Manage daily order allocations and special packaging needs, coordinating with growers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee repack adjustments to address demand fluctuations or shortages.
Grower Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary daily contact for growers, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Facilitate collaboration with packinghouse managers and grower liaison teams to align production and delivery schedules.
Supply Chain Planning & Execution:
Develop long-term grower programs, oversee legal contract compliance, and evaluate growers' operational capabilities. Support strategic purchasing during shortages and manage packaging inventory flow.
Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal product and packaging inventory levels, monitor turnover, and prevent product aging or obsolescence. Review and assess grower production forecasts for accuracy and alignment with demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Quality Control, etc.) and attend regular supply chain meetings to ensure alignment and efficient decision-making.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report KPIs such as grower compliance and on-time delivery performance. Propose improvements and identify opportunities for strategic grower visits and operational efficiency.
General Support:
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the success of the supply chain and company operations.
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative and logistics roles, preferably in the agricultural or perishable goods industry
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Agribusiness, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with experience developing metrics, reports, and forecasts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization

Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the management of transport and logistics for all inputs and materials necessary for the operation of the mining unit. Includes but is not limited to route control, transportation of Cu and Mo concentrate, community development, and management of the entire logistics chain.
This role will be located at the Copper World Project, approximately 45 minutes southwest of Tucson near Sahuarita, Arizona.
Role Accountabilities:
Manage the logistics operator in terms of cost efficiency and safety, fleet size, rates, and frequencies, as well as ensure the homologation of third parties (management of third-party fleet).
Administer special cargo management (oversized, Hazmat, over volume, scrap metal, and other disposal materials): permits, coordination with users, communities, among others.
Execute the short and medium-term logistics plan for Cu and Mo concentrates, which includes but is not limited to: Reception at filters, storage in Constancia, loading, transport to embarkation ports, reception at embarkation ports, storage, loading, and dispatch to vessels (taking into account quantities and qualities).
Monitor the Material Movement Records, through the Brain System and/or similar systems; such as lot, weights, units, seals, etc. Also, the requirements, Valuations, and Reception of Goods and Services of the Area.
Conduct permanent Safety management in the Transportation of materials, inputs, focusing efforts on preventing fatal accidents and product spills with social impact.
Frame their performance based on the company's Environment, Safety and Occupational Health, and Human Rights policies, as well as Hudbay Minerals Inc.'s global Anti-Corruption Policy; the Hudbay Minerals Inc. + Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients.
+ Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
+ Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
+ Willingness to travel up to 60+%; valid driver's license and US passport required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Utility experience is a major plus.
+ Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile.
+ Experience configuring and understanding compatible units.
+ Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle products.
+ EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
