The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
+ Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Service Supply Chain Tech Lead
The Service Supply Chain Tech Lead plays a critical role in ensuring optimal order fulfillment and service execution within the North Aurora DC. This position is responsible for proactively monitoring and resolving service gaps, supporting inbound and outbound operations, and driving continuous improvement in service metrics and inventory accuracy.

What You Will Be Doing:
Proactively review order fill at the SKU level for all customer types (Bulk, Pick to Route, Pick to Store) after each wave.
Identify and close gaps through re-runs, inbound execution, and other corrective actions to ensure cuts are invisible prior to final dispatch.
Review order fill across unit, sleeve and case picks as well as full basket metrics.
Communicate service metrics (order fill, on-time delivery) and major service impacts to the DC team and sales for the service area.
Support the WMS Systems Specialists by ensuring execution of the inbound schedule and prioritization of high-impact unloads and replenishments.
Monitor scanning compliance by the DC loading team; identify gaps and associate-level performance issues.
Complete Oracle system requirements to verify all loads are marked as “shipped,” ensuring accurate updates to sales handhelds.
Identify root cause of order fill gaps, with a focus on high-volume cuts, and develop action plans in collaboration with service leads, service managers, and the supply chain team.
Review major claims issues for top-priority sales centers and partner with sales teams to address route-level gaps.
Analyze returned product transactions from LFSP (Multi-step) stores, to ensure proper accountability and disposition.
Investigate daily scrap, determine root causes, and collaborate with bakeries, DC leaders, and planning teams to resolve issues.
Support execution of inventory standard operating procedures to maintain and improve inventory accuracy.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience in distribution center operations, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve service gaps.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Oracle systems is a plus.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Computer skills: MS Office skills and experience including: Excel usage that includes ability to copy/paste, basic formulas, filters, tabs, and WMS systems usage.
Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with operational needs.

Essential Job Functions:
Support the objectives of the Supply Chain Vision as communicated by the Director of Supply Chain Operations.
Responsible for the management of Central Supply perpetual inventory at Lurie main as well as assigned par locations.
Develop metrics and KPIs using available data from Lurie business systems (UKG, Workday) to hold staff accountable and ensure even distribution of workload amongst the central supply team.
Regularly evaluates staff and provides feedback related to achievement of established organizational and departmental goals.
Utilize Workday data and reports to drive process optimization related to stockouts, open order management and substitution management. Utilize data from Lurie business systems like Workday and Epic to investigate issues and provide root cause analyses as required by the organization.
Provides effective communication to clinicians, administration, faculty, and staff to establish a collaborative working environment.

JOB DUTIES

As Customer Service:
Utilizes SAP reports and data for efficient execution of functional responsibilities and objectives. (SAP, BW, VM, Shared Point)
Enter production schedules, including any required schedule changes in SAP to meet and achieve customer satisfaction and communicate changes to all parties as needed
Run and analyze MRP, performing analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute forecasting plans

Attend internal and External customer meetings to discuss next several weeks and shortages of scheduled production resulting from any difficulties
Build and support BOM (Bill of Material) structure working with Commercialization Team
Create and define items to be consumed by BOM (Bill of Material)
Drive timely part setup, BOM releases, BOM changes to support new product introduction as well as changes to existing BOM business.
Coordinate returns and/ or replacement of products (FG, SEMI FG, RAW PACK)
Facilitates and manages QN/NCMR completion, closure within 30 days and full financial recovery within 60 days
As supply chain analyst (Procurement):
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order-to-order materials including RFQ's (Request for Quotes) and track PO confirmations
Resolve conflicts concerning materials or services at the department and supplier levels (under/over orders, quality and damage)
Negotiate procurement details with suppliers
Seek new ideas from suppliers to reduce costs and ensure quality is met internal and external customers
Maintain files related to purchase orders, suppliers, quotes and other correspondence
Perform inventories report as required and work with IC to understand its accuracy.
Build strong relationships with qualified external suppliers
Develop initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories, excess inventories, obsolete inventory and process improvements to achieve company inventory goals
Identify and evaluate suppliers that provide the best cost, cost savings, lead time and service to meet our overall business objectives
Initiate and maintain conference calls with customers as needed
Manage products extensions request with customer or suppliers
Daily Reports (Past Due, On Time Delivery, Shortages etc.), monitor, update and call out material losses.
Eliminates line downtime due to material availability and quality issues.
Coordinates efficient receipt and movement of materials with third party warehouses.
Identifies the “right size” for all assigned material inventories.
Work with internal and external freight resources to ensure timely deliveries of inbound materials at competitive rates.
Manage inbound freight and freight claims as needed.
Identifies and drives best practices within total supply chain, including the development of supplier and supply related metrics.
Coordinates supplier management programs with cross functional HFS resources.
Tracks, reports and processes quality performance issues for suppliers, works to eliminate supplier related quality issues for all materials.
Ensures material quotes are up to date.
Cost card analyses and updates.
Negotiating prices with chosen vendors and helping with preparing contract documents.
Participate in quotes if needed or utilizes SIE IQO (quotes) for SAP system updates (routing, speed, crew etc.).

YOUR ROLE
Are you known for exceptional operational support in the supply chain environment? Are you passionate about data reporting and analysis and transportation operations? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to provide an essential role and contribute to delivering superior supply chain services as a team lead for Air Import Operations in our Melrose Park supply chain warehouse environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assist with account management such as maintaining customer profiles, details and service needs. Address various internal and external customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, status, services, carriers, and other needs; forward complex or escalated customer needs as appropriate.
* Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to understand requirements, track shipments or details; operations are typically standard to complex.
* Manage various documents for accuracy; requires operational knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures. Update various operational/customer data in software systems and applications, work to identify missing or potential operational or service concerns and communicate with appropriate groups as necessary to resolve.
* Utilize databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information; information is usually operational in nature, standard to complex.
* Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing as needed; usually more standard, regional or domestic operations. Create and processes invoices, reviews for operational accuracy, and works with customers on questions and payment.
* Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and details; present information to co-workers or supervisors are needed. Assist with preparing information required for quotes or address potential services; may provide more standard to complex quotes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and effective work environment; assist others with understanding operational items.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
* High School graduate or GED.
* Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
Skills:
* Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
* Utilizes databases and systems to review and verify documentation and information.
* Ability to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information.
* Ability to track and trace basic shipments or product.
Characteristics:
* Understanding of providers, carriers and services in related supply chain environments.
* Ability to communicate potential concerns or delays.
* Operates in a fast pace and changing environment and in both a team and individual contributor environment.
* Capable of communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
* Capable of leading a small team
