* Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Systems team – including developing roadmaps, assigning work, coordinate updates, managing people, and removing roadblocks for the team.

* Forecast spares demand required to meet anticipated operational requirements by working with customer, internal company stakeholders, as well as personnel from matrixed organizations to analyze supply levels, operational usage trends, repair performance, and production performance.
* Manage the order and delivery of operational spares.
* Using SAP, the successful candidate will review, validate, quality check, and approve sales orders for spares.
* Once ordered, this position will provide accountability for delivery performance to program management and customer stakeholders through written and presented reports.
* Track the production of ordered ‘make-parts’ through the manufacturing process and work with program management, customer, and manufacturing stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may impact production.
* Issue resolution may include negotiating company priorities, implementing process improvements, resolving subcontract issues, resolving contract issues such as working with the government customer to provide government furnished equipment.
* Work with procurement administrators to track the procurement and delivery of ordered ‘buy-parts’ from suppliers.
* The successful candidate will work with subcontract administrators and buyers to track the procurement process and ensure the purchase orders are placed with all the suppliers in a timely manner.
* Once ordered, then the successful candidate will work with the suppliers to account for timely delivery of those parts, work with quality and receiving to ensure timely receipt of the parts, and work the process to physically place those parts into operation.
* Manage spares project budgets and schedule:
* Support the program’s government acquisition process to include proposal management and negotiations in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) from the government customer.
* Candidate will work with cost estimating to establish and price spares lists and with subcontract administrators to establish subcontract RFP requirements to include SOW writing and procurement approaches.
* Support subcontract negotiations through proposal review and technical evaluations.
* Use Earned Value Management to establish and maintain program baselines required to account for planned delivery of parts in both budget and schedule.
* As control account manager this position will provide monthly accountability of cost and schedule performance against the established baseline and provide estimates to completion.
* Identify and implement program risks & mitigation efforts to maintain technical performance within cost and schedule
* Report program performance regularly to program stakeholders
