We're looking for someone to join our team as a Manager, Supply Chain Information Systems who:

Provides direction, management and implementation of all matters related to supply chain information systems. Educates staff who will be utilizing these systems and plays a role in integration of the new acquisitions. Oversees and manages quality practices and systems, including quality and integrity of reports and other supply chain data needs. Supervises and directs the activates of various level of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Participates in the achievement of financial goals and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Functions:

* Manages all aspects related to the creation, maintenance and deletion of item master (IM) data within supply chain systems. Works closely with Adventist Health operations, sourcing, finance, surgery coordinators & supply chain business intelligence to process maintenance requests related to these data elements. Implements data governance and standardization to enhance data and keep item master (IM) clean. Audits activates to ensure that standardization policies and procedures are followed appropriately at all levels.
* Establishes and performs a variety of in-depth data analysis and data modeling. Develops actionable/effective reports to support system and shared services performance and supply expense reduction (e.g. KPIs, conversion opportunities, inventory management/values, etc.).
* Manages interfaces between enterprise resource planning (ERP) and current and future partners (e.g. Oracle, Cerner, SurgiNet, Surgery Exchange, Wavemark, etc.).
* Initiates and facilitates review of supplies and supply utilization, supply standardization and supply reduction throughout the region. Manages and implements interdisciplinary projects related to supply consumption.
* Integrates new entities into supply chain ERP (including item master (IM), order guides, and par carts). Provides training for new users and support during an integration process.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or finance or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
* Master's Degree: Preferred

Work Experience:

* Five years relevant experience: Preferred
* One year leadership experience: Preferred

What You'll Do:

Solution Delivery

* Plans and manages the Global design, implementation, and integration of systems and processes for specific business areas or departments
* Ensures alignment with company business and technology goals and strategic roadmaps.
* Collaborates with business partners to plan, prioritize and resource initiatives
* Builds partnerships across all organization levels within Information Technology, internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners
* Provides leadership on project teams as appropriate to ensure successful completion on time, and within budget.
* Identifies trends and gaps with existing systems and processes. Identifies opportunities and proposes projects to improve systems, processes, and infrastructure
* Oversees system training documentation to ensure the continued and correct use of the application and roll-out of new tools and procedures

Production Support

* Oversees resolution of day-to-day operations issues to ensure user, business and production requirements are met.
* Ensure communications and documentation of status, root cause and resolutions are provided
* Oversees testing of new system functionality and quality assurance for all systems fixes, enhancements, changes and implementations
* Ensures support documentation is created, updated and used as intended to assist with production trouble-shooting and resolution
* Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization
* Collaborates with Blue Yonder Support (Cloud and Help Desk) as well as Duluth IT to investigate software issues reported by Supply Chain Planners and implement remediation steps including following case initiation and escalation procedures with Blue Yonder Support
* Continuously monitors various releases of Blue Yonder and liase with Business and IT to determine enhancements that could be of value to Duluth and also work with Blue Yonder, IT and Business representatives to develop/test the new features and follow protocol to promote to production
* Assist in skill set development and mentoring of other less experienced users/planners in the use of Blue Yonder solutions
* Contribute to the evolution and growth of the Supply Chain Organization by developing and/or updating: best practices and solutions delivery documents
* Assist in the requirements gathering, development of test cases, and alignment of design changes on existing business process
* Work with Managers/Directors to support global supply chain transformation initiatives and how Blue Yonder implementation can enable/support changing business needs
* Review enhancements and determine, quantify upgrade benefits
* Champion continuous improvement by cheerleading planner successes
* Troubleshoot software issues and interact with Blue Yonder Support and Blue Yonder Consultants to determine a viable path of action
* Possesses and utilizes technical knowledge and skills that Planners typically do not have, such as understanding interface infrastructure (inbound and outbound), the finer points of how Blue Yonder parameters operate, and intricacies of data management

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's Degree in business field
* Equivalent work experience would be considered
* Certifications in Blue Yonder Solutions on Cloud, APICS (CPIM and/or CRIM), and Microsoft AX/D365 would be preferred

* 5+ years of previous experience in Blue Yonder software and supply chain/inventory background
* Expert in Blue Yonder systems (Luminate Demand Edge, SCPO, Enterprise Planning and Assortment)
* Demonstrated experience serving as a Blue Yonder subject matter expert
* Demonstrated experience working in a retail and inventory planning space
* Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
* Influencing & Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions at all levels of the organization that lead and influence others to action
* Systems and tools Acumen: Advanced in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn multiple inventory applications
* High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
* Interact with IT and other parts of the organization to define a plan of action, approach to enhance solutions implemented as part of continuous improvement intiatives.
* Support adoption of solution designed and implemented by ensuring business processes designed are followed and development of Key Performance Indicators.
* Possesses and utilizes technical knowledge and skills that Planners typically do not have, such as understanding interface infrastructure (inbound and outbound), the finer points of how forecast parameters operate, and intricacies of data management.
* Establishes and monitors processes and standard operating procedures for Planning. Makes recommendations for process changes and updates operating procedure libraries as business practices evolve.
* Keeps up with Planning Best Practices and recommends changes to the Planning leadership based on the latest thinking.
* Works on projects as assigned by Planning leadership. This may include evaluation of new software, revision of batch schedules, and actual Project Planning and implementation of such initiatives.
* Serves on cross-functional teams with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Merchandising, etc. to represent Planning and also supply critical knowledge to the teams.
* Serves as the first line of defense for user system issues in Planning. Planning software issues should be routed through the SuperUser prior to being forwarded to IT or IT support.
* Serves as a liaison between Business and IT:
* Represents the business in setting priorities for development work.
* Coordinates business testing of software upgrades.
* Works with Business Analysts on developing and updating system requirements and solutions.

Compensation: $98,000+/Year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

**POSITION SUMMARY:** With general direction from senior Procurement leadership, the Procurement Manager leads and oversees the systems, and related processes and procedures to support the Procurement function. This includes but is not limited to, supporting Procurement projects and systems and participating in the on-going transformation of source to pay best practices.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Works closely with the Procurement and relevant business teams to develop and implement the appropriate business processes.

+ Monitors and manages to relevant metrics including spend analytics, procure-to-pay processes, operational efficiencies, supplier performance and benefits capture of major subcontractors.

+ Liaisons with other functions to help develop unique processes specific to procurement and ensure it meets the overall intent to standardize processes across Republic Services.

+ Becomes subject matter expert in Procurement systems and applications to improve efficiency and productivity.

+ Documents the necessary standards. Works with business counterparts to create and offer any trainings to the user community.

+ Leads process standardization and process efficiencies to ensure policy/requirements are met through e-Procurement tool (e.g., online categories, etc.).

+ As defined by senior procurement leadership, facilitates the execution of defined procurement strategies, including driving alignment and compliance with all corporate procurement initiatives.

+ Manages in the development and implementation of effective supplier performance management and collaboration initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

+ Coaches, mentors, and supports the professional development of team members. Provides leadership by positively affecting morale through individual and team recognition.

+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

**Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting and/or Master's in Business Administration.

+ Minimum of 5 years of supply chain, procurement experience or related experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Professional supply chain certification (e.g. CPM, CPSM, Six Sigma) desired

+ Experience creating and maintaining contracts and contract data

+ 2 years or more of experience leading or providing direction to others.

+ Effective teaming and relationship building with other Republic Services teams such as Accounts Payable, IT and Fleet management.

+ Proficiency with eProcurement systems, MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills, Sharepoint tools, Reporting, SQL, Data Analysis

+ Experience in ERP or new application implementation, providing training and support in the new system.
