We're looking for someone to join our team as a Manager, Supply Chain Information Systems who:

Provides direction, management and implementation of all matters related to supply chain information systems. Educates staff who will be utilizing these systems and plays a role in integration of the new acquisitions. Oversees and manages quality practices and systems, including quality and integrity of reports and other supply chain data needs. Supervises and directs the activates of various level of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Participates in the achievement of financial goals and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Functions:

* Manages all aspects related to the creation, maintenance and deletion of item master (IM) data within supply chain systems. Works closely with Adventist Health operations, sourcing, finance, surgery coordinators & supply chain business intelligence to process maintenance requests related to these data elements. Implements data governance and standardization to enhance data and keep item master (IM) clean. Audits activates to ensure that standardization policies and procedures are followed appropriately at all levels.
* Establishes and performs a variety of in-depth data analysis and data modeling. Develops actionable/effective reports to support system and shared services performance and supply expense reduction (e.g. KPIs, conversion opportunities, inventory management/values, etc.).
* Manages interfaces between enterprise resource planning (ERP) and current and future partners (e.g. Oracle, Cerner, SurgiNet, Surgery Exchange, Wavemark, etc.).
* Initiates and facilitates review of supplies and supply utilization, supply standardization and supply reduction throughout the region. Manages and implements interdisciplinary projects related to supply consumption.
* Integrates new entities into supply chain ERP (including item master (IM), order guides, and par carts). Provides training for new users and support during an integration process.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Solution Delivery

* Plans and manages the Global design, implementation, and integration of systems and processes for specific business areas or departments
* Ensures alignment with company business and technology goals and strategic roadmaps.
* Collaborates with business partners to plan, prioritize and resource initiatives
* Builds partnerships across all organization levels within Information Technology, internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners
* Provides leadership on project teams as appropriate to ensure successful completion on time, and within budget.
* Identifies trends and gaps with existing systems and processes. Identifies opportunities and proposes projects to improve systems, processes, and infrastructure
* Oversees system training documentation to ensure the continued and correct use of the application and roll-out of new tools and procedures

Production Support

* Oversees resolution of day-to-day operations issues to ensure user, business and production requirements are met.
* Ensure communications and documentation of status, root cause and resolutions are provided
* Oversees testing of new system functionality and quality assurance for all systems fixes, enhancements, changes and implementations
* Ensures support documentation is created, updated and used as intended to assist with production trouble-shooting and resolution

* Assist in skill set development and mentoring of other less experienced users/planners in the use of Blue Yonder solutions
* Contribute to the evolution and growth of the Supply Chain Organization by developing and/or updating: best practices and solutions delivery documents
* Assist in the requirements gathering, development of test cases, and alignment of design changes on existing business process
* Work with Managers/Directors to support global supply chain transformation initiatives and how Blue Yonder implementation can enable/support changing business needs
* Review enhancements and determine, quantify upgrade benefits
* Champion continuous improvement by cheerleading planner successes
* Troubleshoot software issues and interact with Blue Yonder Support and Blue Yonder Consultants to determine a viable path of action
* Possesses and utilizes technical knowledge and skills that Planners typically do not have, such as understanding interface infrastructure (inbound and outbound), the finer points of how Blue Yonder parameters operate, and intricacies of data management

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's Degree in business field

**POSITION SUMMARY:** With general direction from senior Procurement leadership, the Procurement Manager leads and oversees the systems, and related processes and procedures to support the Procurement function.
