Vantage Point Logistics is looking for a Supplier Relations Coordinator to join our growing team! What You'll DoEstablish, develop, and grow relationships with VPL suppliers via outbound phone calls and emails Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts Contact suppliers to encourage them to become fully compliant with our program Work to resolve product or service matters by determining root causes and providing recommended solutions Meet assigned targets for profitable revenue volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis Engage in all areas of our business to develop a complete understanding of business operations so that you can implement customer-facing strategies with a positive attitude
What You'll BringSuperior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of technical ability and expertise Previous phone sales or call center experience is a plus Ability to work in teams and individually Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office applications as well as comfort with web applications)

Unit Supply Coordinator at Kyle Correctional Center located in Kyle, Texas.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Two (2) years full-time, wage-earning supply, warehouse operations, inventory and stock control, or purchasing experience.
• Thirty (30) semester hours from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) may be substituted for the required experience for a maximum substitution of one (1) year.
• Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
  
  

Position Summary:

• Reports to the business manager.
• Responsible for performing purchasing, stock and inventory.
• Work involves staying within budget, maintaining property inventory and physical inventories; processing purchase requisitions and specifications, and supply work for the facility in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.

Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements and pass an annual background check, both of which must be approved by Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

We are seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNICIAN in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus Health. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Logistics or Regional Manager of Supply Chain Operations & Logistics, coordinates the activities within designated Supply Chain areas relating to the distribution, requisitioning, receiving and accounting for medical surgical supplies, office supplies and equipment. Consolidates supplies and equipment to a centralized storage and ordering location and, when it is not feasible to centralize, establishes and coordinates satellite inventories. Serves as a primary resource to multiple departments, physicians, staff and affiliates to address supply and equipment needs. Acts as the key coordinator of the interaction and details of the patient/case scheduling and the Lawson Materials Management systems at select business units.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of materials management principles and practices normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in a business or medical related field with a strong emphasis on accounting and asset management, and working knowledge of sterile technique, medical terminology, surgical instruments and supplies desirable. Three plus years of experience in a medical related field with responsibility in medical and surgical supplies, instruments, and patient implantable device procurement as well as prior computer experience.
Possesses and maintains a valid Wisconsin Driver's License required.


Hours:
Full-time, day shift, weekend & holiday rotation. 80 hours per pay period. Benefits package available.
