Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc.
was started in 1959 with one ambulance and today is the largest independent, locally owned, and operated emergency medical services provider in the Midwest. Superior employs more than 2,500 licensed EMT, Paramedics and Nurses, operating a fleet of more than 500 ambulances throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Superior also provides Critical Care, helicopter, and fixed wing emergency medical transportation.


HOURS ARE 5 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M.



Responsibilities



Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Perform the necessary work of all functions pertinent to the preparation of vehicles and pre-launching of vehicles prior to of start of shift IE) Wash, wax, restock, refuel, sanitize. Maintain records of vehicles condition before and after each use. Report and log violations such as body damage, interior damage, equipment damage and any other discrepancies accurately on an equipment report. Recover, clean, stock, and prepare exchange items from supply. Maintain a safe and clean work environment (including biohazard maintenance.) Responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws (i.e. state and county inventory levels, HIPPA, and OSHA.) Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e. sop's, environmental audits, unit reviews, etc.) Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of staff and personnel to ensure maximum communication and cooperation in addition to being responsive to field personnel issues. Participate in departmental and company meetings as required. Attend continuing education and training to obtain information and data pertinent to supply operations. Performs other such duties as may be required.



Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent Current Drivers License


Physical Requirements:


Occasionally: kneeling, stooping, bending, stretching, leaning; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Frequently: hearing/listening, clear speech, reaching, touching, typing. Prompt and regular attendance at work. Ability to perform visual inspections.


Working Environment:


Works outdoors and indoors with occasional exposure to hazardous conditions and to blood/body fluids, fumes/odors, extended day, and temperature changes. Frequently works with others, face-to-face contact with others with exposure to noise, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment.

$3,000 sign on bonus to qualified candidates with one year work commitment. In accordance with UVA policy.

Responsibilities include but not limited to receiving delivering selecting inventorying equipment maintenance and storing supplies. Issues supplies upon receipt of proper requisitions and authorized personnel. Cleans Storeroom keeps stock in order verifies expiration date of product and ensures correct items are stored in their correct locations.
Selects orders using pick-ticket and stages orders for next day delivery. Restocks shelves rotates stock and stores supplies in the correct location. Cleans Storeroom and keeps stock in order. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.


Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $19.39 Hourly

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience: No experience required

Licensure: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/walking, climbing (ladder, steps) and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs. May be exposed to, cold and heat.

***This role is currently fully remote. At some point it will become hybrid requiring up to 2 days a week onsite at our West Point, PA location.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
As a critical requirement in this role, the candidate must demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel. Experience with data analytics software such as PowerBI, Spotfire or Tableau would be nice to have. On a routine basis, must be able to create pivot tables, and utilize functions (vlookup, concatenation, if/then) within the application. Responsible for building and maintaining MS Excel models using pivot tables to project costs for distribution and warehousing, 3rd party packaging, 3rd party labeling, and drug costs to develop budget forecast. Must be able to fully utilize SAP for financial analysis of R&D programs (investigational drug) and trial costs to accurately maintain and update rolling forecast and profit plan. Must be able to Prepare plan for submission of annual Profit Plan. Develop metrics via Excel models to analyze resource allocations and forecasts for use by managers within the department Perform KPI analysis and present metric results to global clinical supplies management team Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Looking for somoene who can use technology to move the data comparison forward via electronic datasets vs paper comparisons
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor degree preferred but solid experience acceptable. SAP experience preferred with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience in clinical development and/or clinical supplies or Supply Chain preferred but not necessarily required. Excel, SAP and some type of data analytics software experience would be ideal. Prior supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge nice to have
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Detail-oriented Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications; ERP & CTMS are highly desirable Proven organization skills Strong ability to multi-task Understanding of cGMPs
