Job Summary: The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a key partner with the warehouse operations leadership, providing strategic and hands-on support in all areas of human resources. What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role supporting warehouse or manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HCM systems (UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
