Job Summary The Software Support Tier I serves as the Company's first point of contact for incoming customer calls regarding the Company's products, equipment and services. Positive interaction with customers and timely resolution of issues are critical components of the position. Key Duties

Education/Training
Associate degree in computer science, business management or related field preferred
Or High school diploma or equivalent required with experience as a Pharmacy Technician or support technician in call center.

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day in this territory
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment
Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment deployment
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT inventory to ensure compliance with internal standards.

What the Garage Support role looks like:
* Transport vehicles
* Parts inventory management
* Fuel Fleet vehicles
* Perform light maintenance
* Perform pre/post trip inspections
* Replenishes vehicle with fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, windshield cleaner), and air (tires) as
* needed
* Complete daily fueling logs
* Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
* Perform other duties as required
What our ideal candidate looks like:
* At least 1-2 years in automotive repair environment within a supportive role
* Mechanical Aptitude preferred, but not required
* Must have valid Drivers License
* Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers,
* supervisors, etc.)
* Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
Working Conditions:
* Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job.
* Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
* Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
* Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
* Ability to move and position heavy objects
* Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
* Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
