COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

JOB SUMMARY
The Regional SupportAssociate will be responsible for overseeing customer orders, creating quotes for chemical and service activities, building relationships with staff, and conducting inventory inspections. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent

TMH's Resident Support Specialist I provides support to clients and staff members in our supportive housing programs located in Minneapolis. Locations are on a bus line or accessible by light rail.
Resident Support Specialist I Responsibilities:
Establish supportive and motivational relationships with residents; coach residents to utilize coping strategies and complete activities of daily living; assist in the completion of independent living skills; and provide rehabilitative skills training.
Observe residents for changes in health symptoms; redirect maladaptive behaviors; perform behavioral management interventions; and de-escalate mental health crises.
Perform delegated nursing services, including the administration of medications, as unlicensed personnel under the direction of the nursing staff.
Promote participation in community activities; and provide support and prompts that encourage socialization.
Support the cleanliness of common areas and bedrooms and complete housekeeping duties.
Ensure residents and their guests are following site guidelines to ensure the facility is safe and secure.
Collaborate with other staff members, consultants, interns and/or volunteers.
