As the Client SupportAssociate, you'll shadow client appointments, learn how to write financial plans and gain a better understanding of the products and services we offer our clients. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for client interactions including converting service calls to sales opportunities from inbound client calls. Preparing Client Relationship Managers for sales presentations and interactions with clients.
First call resolution, setting up accounts, completing and processing paperwork, scheduling meetings, executing routine clerical transactions, answering requests for information, fields client issues, and manages recovery process. Transact and process business on behalf of advisors and product specialists and support the Client Relationship Manager in the financial planning process. Gathering and documenting information to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Liaison between Product Specialists and Client Relationship Managers to come up with recommendations.
Engage in on-going professional development to increase industry, product, sales and servicing skills and abilities. Maintain all appropriate FINRA/other licenses and requirements up to date.
Required Qualifications
High school or GED.
1+years of relevant experience.
Current FINRA Series 7
State securities (S63 or S66), state IAR (S65 or S66) (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
Must have or obtain Minnesota Life, Accident /Health Insurance and Variable Contracts license within 30 days of hire date.
Previous experience delivering outstanding client service.
Detail oriented, strong math and analytical skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.

Act as moderator for Connect Learning Communities (LMS) and Podio group (RacePlanner)
TRAINING:
The following items relate to all software supported by the Systems Support Specialist
·
Stay informed about newest product releases, make recommendations about which releases are beneficial to the organization
·
Develop and deliver training for new product features
·
Recommend timeline for implementation of new product features
·
Schedule regular communications with councils featuring ways to use new and existing software tools
·
Deliver software new user and refresher trainings
·
Write/update training manuals and user guides
·
Identify super users from the field and leverage them to test new features, train other users
LMS ADMINISTRATION
·
Upload and test learning content and other curricular materials to the LMS
·
Set up new learning events in the LMS and maintain training event listing
·
Maintain learning course catalog and training resources housed within the LMS
·
Manage user access to the system including the API between RacePlanner and Cornerstone, bulk user uploads/deactivations, and password resets
·
Work with VP of Programming and Director of Professional Development to create curriculum tracks and assign training
·
Work with VP of Quality & Evaluation to collect and analyze data to assess training completion rates and other pertinent training metrics for councils and GOTRI as needed
·
Manage regular internal LMS reporting for GOTRI staff
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
·
Identify business and technical needs of employees and make recommendations about software requirements
·
Order computers, peripheral equipment, and software
·
Coordinate set up of computers with IT Vendor
·
Manage phone system for HQ including connecting the patch panels and programming extensions
·
Prepare work spaces for new user IT needs
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Serve as a Girls on the Run role model, exhibiting GOTR core values and working to help achieve the GOTR mission
·
Develop positive relationships with council directors, volunteers, board members, community members and staff.
·
Any other duties deemed necessary by the Director of Operations & Technology
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
·
Graduation from a two-year technical college with a major in computer science, information technology or related area and one year in the information technology field related to the position's role
One year of IT customer service experience for a variety of computer systems
Experience updating and supporting websites using website content management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work with users of all skill levels
Enjoys problem solving
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Ability to develop and deliver technical training in a virtual environment
PREFERRED SKILLS:

Familiarity with Cornerstone on Demand or another Learning Management System
Knowledge of HTML code
Experience with Camtasia or Movavi video software
Experience with VOIP and analog phone systems
Experience wiring patch panels
Additional Information
Hours of support are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5: 30 pm with the ability to work longer hours during peak demand times. This position is located in the GOTRI office in Charlotte, NC.

Birth Tissue Recovery is seeking a focused and highly detail-oriented individual to join our team in Hickory, N.C., as a FULL-TIME ROTATING WEEKENDS Coordinator SupportAssociate. This role is fast-paced, autonomous, demanding, and highly rewarding, requiring someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team. CSAs support the daily function of our lab and donation program and must be able to adapt quickly, take feedback constructively, and apply it immediately. CSAs oversee day-to-day lab management, including maintaining supply inventory, organizing the workspace, and ensuring that all routine laboratory checks are completed accurately and on schedule. They will also handle human tissue and perform tissue evaluations as part of regulated wet-lab procedures. CSAs must uphold sterility and cleanliness, and follow SOPs and WIs with precision, consistently meeting required timelines. Candidates must be able to work weekends and must also be able to spend two weeks in Winston-Salem, N.C., for hands-on training.
Other requirements include: the ability to lift 30 pounds; ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Job Responsibilities:
Understand and comply with privacy rules and regulations.
Perform tasks overseen and/or regulated by the AATB, FDA, and applicable state and federal agencies.
Compliance with Company standard operating procedures, and training related to the identification of potential donors, obtaining informed consent and related documentation, performing tissue acquisition/collection procedures, and maintaining hospital relations necessary for performance of duties.
Successfully complete a hospital orientation and credentialing process.
Obtain blood specimens from hospital staff, document and maintain chain-of-custody.
Obtain pertinent patient medical records.
Perform hands-on aseptic placenta tissue acquisition procedures including, when applicable, being present in the operating room, interacting with OR staff, accepting freshly delivered placenta.
Accurate, timely, and complete documentation of all activities.
Label, package, and ship tissue and lab specimens.
Excellent communication skills.
Review records and forms for completion and accuracy.
Record temperatures and maintain records.
Maintain and clean laboratory equipment.
Prepare temperature records.
Provides support to PDC.
Record keeping, facility maintenance, tissue storage, inventory, receipt and stocking of supplies, and other assigned duties.
Skills/Requirements:
Two years of clinical background experience (e.g., CST, RNs, CTBS) or equivalent tissue banking experience OR
Associate degree preferred (in Life Sciences, Biology, or Nursing preferred).
Successfully complete a background and reference check, drug screening, and be subject to periodic, unannounced re-testing.
Must have working knowledge of medical terminology and good documentation practices.
Must be able to perform aseptic tissue acquisition procedures.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 30 pounds.
Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional bedside manner required.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people, including patients and hospital staff.
Must be able to work well under pressure without compromise to quality of work.
Must have current valid Driver's License, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
