JOB SUMMARY
This position is located in the Public Safety Support Division of the Information Technology Department within the City of Oklahoma City and is under the direction of an immediate supervisor. The position is primarily responsible for overall project management, training and supervision of professional and technical staff within various department lines of business. Incumbents support a range of Information Technology programs including Client Support, Network and Communications Infrastructure, Public Safety Communications and Information Security. Essential job functions include: providing section oversight and technical support to staff who maintain enterprise hardware components and software; evaluating and implementing new and replacement systems; coordinating and directing project management implementations; developing program goals, objectives and budgets; preparing various administrative reports and monitoring maintenance and support contracts. DEPARTMENTAL INFORMATION
This Systems Support Specialist I position fulfills the Client Systems Administrator role for the Airports Safety & Security program, while also providing Level 1 support of the Airport Access Control, Airfield Lighting, CCTV (closed-circuit television,) Crash Phone and emergency communication systems, among others. The position works closely with airport staff, IT, contractors, vendors, and enforcement to deliver airport client and security services that comply with City, State and Federal regulations. The role also requires the ability to work at heights exceeding 10 feet while using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and adhering to all safety training.

Job Summary:
Maintenance Support at Five Star Park & Attractions is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of go-karts and track functionality. Accountabilities:
Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain go-karts.
Provide unscheduled repairs for attractions when issues arise.
Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts, following daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checklists to ensure safety and proper lubrication.
Adhere to procedures and guidelines set forth by the manufacturer in all maintenance work on attractions.
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules specified by manufacturers.
Keep comprehensive documentation, including repair logs, annual inspections, NDT testing, and grease bearings/bearings monitoring.
Perform In Season checklists.
Apply mechanical skills, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of attractions.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and rattle can paint guns.
Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report them to proper supervision.
Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

As a Mission Support Specialist, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties:
* Coordinate and perform a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office including, but not limited to: management information systems, telecommunications, budget, finance, procurement, human resources, training, logistics, property, space, records and files, printing and graphics, mail, travel, and office equipment;
* Advise management on assigned administrative matters;
* Conduct or participate in the evaluation of administrative programs, systems and methods and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these services at the local level;
* Represent the office in dealings with vendors and organizations within the agency that have primary responsibility for these services;

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for GS-07:
Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in the Federal service that included performing developmental assignments under the close guidance of a higher level specialist that provided exposure to a wide variety of management and administrative methods, techniques, and practices such as:
* Compiling and updating budget data on spreadsheets;
* Assisting with the preparation of requests for personnel actions;
* Coordinating office moves and telephone service requirements;
* Monitoring usage of government/company owned motor vehicles;
* Responding to routine questions concerning administrative procedures and requirements.
OR
Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Job Description
Provides support to staff in Crisis Unit. May include assisting with groups, monitoring unit for safety, paperwork, cooking and cleaning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists nurses with various group/individual activities, including set up and clean up
Listens and responds effectively to consumers, reports observations to nurse for progress notes, assists and completes paperwork for various duties. Applies knowledge to identify issues and internal problems
Maintains contact with consumers as required to coordinate activities on unit
Participates in recreational activities while ensuring safety for staff and high-risk consumer population
