We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Packaging Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant packaging of biotechnology and pharmaceutical products at New Albany, Ohio. In this position, you will provide technical expertise and support to optimize packaging processes, equipment, and systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and operational objectives. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production to uphold product quality and continuously improve packaging operations.
Functions
Responsible for executing packaging design, validation, and implementation activities in alignment with client engineering standards, project scope, and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience with packaging systems, machinery, and process optimization in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with cGMP, validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), and FDA regulations.
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software, Office 365
Proficiency in e-Builder, MS Project, or other project management tools preferred.

Peer Recovery Supporter

For over 50 years, New Horizons Mental Health Services, a non-profit behavioral health agency, has worked to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and the community through our services.
We are currently seeking full-time Peer Recovery Supporters in Lancaster, Ohio.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Support Function- Provides on-going engagement and interaction and support to clients, using their own lived experience with substance abuse and/or mental health recovery to assist, engage, and encourage participants with SMD, while working as an equal with the participant to empower and motivate through their own personal recovery.
Encourage hope and optimism and ideas/feedback to facilitate recovery. Support engagement of clients in services by tracking missed appointments, looking up appointments, completing outreach letters, transfer and closing forms, updating demographic and other information.
Direct Peer Support Services- Provide linkage, coordination, monitoring and outreach functions and perform documentation requirements, in the community with clients and over the phone. Serve as role model demonstrating techniques in recovery, including coping skills, problem solving, and decision making.
Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter Certification required. Ohio driver's license, proof of automobile liability insurance (minimum $100,000), at least 21 years of age, and high school degree or equivalent also required. Must exhibit a desire and ability to work with the mental health consumer population. Willingness to disclose own lived experience of recovery. Demonstrates good organizational skills. Exhibits respect, compassion, warmth, caring and friendliness; non-judgmental of varying cultural beliefs, ability to set limits, confront behaviors and redirect.

Position Summary - A Day in the Life
Associates in the Associate Open/Close role will open and/or close the restaurant a minimum of three shifts per week. Opening Associates will ensure the closing routine was properly completed and perform additional closing tasks if missed along with the opening routine duties. Once the store is open, the Opening Associate will perform regular Restaurant Associate duties, anything from preparing food, taking food orders over the phone, at the window, or in the main lobby, washing dishes, or a variety of other roles. Closing Associates will start their shift performing those same Restaurant Associate duties, then close the restaurant by completing all duties in the closing routine.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Effectively opens and / or closes the restaurant location.
* Must have year-round Open or Close shift availability, with a minimum of 3 Open and/or Close shifts scheduled per week.
* Open Shift - 10am to 2pm (specific needs between 10am and 2pm may vary by restaurant)
* Close Shift - 8pm to restaurant close (close time will vary by restaurant)
* Ensures restaurant cleanliness by cleaning and mopping the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen as needed.
* Completes food preparation, stocking, and pre-topping pizzas (ready for revenue).
* Accurately enters food orders into register, gives direction to the guest and creates a fun and friendly atmosphere.
* Is hospitality driven and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Performs job duties on front counter, drive-thru window, curbside pickup, food preparation stations (dough, make, sauce and cheese, etc) as required.
* Greets and warmly welcomes customers upon arrival, whether inside the lobby or at the drive-up window.
* Ensures the shift is ready for revenue by completing food prep, stocking, and pre-topping pizzas.
* Sets the next shift up for success by completing food prep, stocking prep-tables, and freezer pulls.

Reports to: Nutrition Administrative Manager
The Meals on Wheels Support Specialist collects, maintains, and reviews client data and performs computer data entry and other clerical tasks. Essential Job Functions:
Data Entry and Reporting
Maintain client database meeting departmental data entry standards
Compile a variety of routine records and reports for daily food delivery
Document no shows and complete required follow-up calls to ensure client safety

Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer eligibility for all funding sources, service availability, and all program requirements
Communication

Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bookkeeping experience preferred, with strong math skills
