The Branch Network Operations Support Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services for 4 Areas within the Northern California/Nevada market within Citi's U.S. Branch Network. Additionally, the Operations Support Lead serves as the liaison between operations staff, Branch Managers, Area Managers, Market Director and Regional leadership, and project management teams. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as technical authority for 4 Areas within the Northern California/Nevada market within Citi's U.S. Branch Network, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business as well as provide operational assistance
+ Visit Branches to assist with Risk and Controls Execution awareness, root cause detection and guidance
+ Accountable for following up on all VBS Tasks and Assure\INTErACT entry completion
+ Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services
+ Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments
+ Maintain knowledge of Citi's operational procedures, best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements in order to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clients
+ Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed
+ Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts
+ Lead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower level team members on operational processes
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of Branch leadership experience
+ Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes

What You Will Do
