Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Previous call center or customer service-related experience is preferred

Hours and Location:
* Full-time, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
* Training hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm for the first two weeks
* On-site at our St Paul Corporate Office, near Dale Street and I-94 East
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour + incentive plan of up to $140.00 bi-weekly, after 90 days. Plus $1500 hiring bonus!

Objective
The Regional Support Specialist provides operational and technical support across multiple swine production sites within a designated region. This role ensures consistency in production practices, employee training, compliance, and operational efficiency. The specialist works closely with site managers, production teams, and corporate leadership to drive performance and troubleshoot issues related to herd health, biosecurity, and farm management.
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide hands-on support to farm teams across multiple sites to improve production efficiency and labor needs
· Assist in implementing company policies, protocols, and best management practices.
· Follow daily tasks sheets in the department to achieve production targets
· Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
· Complete production paperwork accurately and timely to ensure proper record keeping
· Support site managers and leaders in achieving production goals related to breeding, farrowing, nursery, or finishing.
· Communicate effectively with area employees and farm management
· Adhere to Safety, Biosecurity, Animal Welfare policies to ensure a proactive and productive work area.
· Maintain maintenance and facility upkeep per the company's expectations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in swine production, farm operations, or technical support roles.
· Strong knowledge of swine husbandry, health, and production practices.
· Ability to train, coach, and support farm teams effectively.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to travel between regional farm locations as needed.
Work Environment
· Frequent travel to different farm locations within the assigned region.
· Farm-based setting with exposure to livestock, odors, dust, and varying temperatures in rural areas
· Hands-on animal handling and physical labor may be required.
· Noise levels that require hearing protection in some areas
Physical Requirements:
· Standing, walking, and ability to be on feet 8 to 10 hours per day
· Frequent bending, reaching, squatting and kneeling
· Frequent use of one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull
· Frequent lifting of objects weighing 3-20 pounds
· Occasional bending while pulling and/or lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, or requiring up to 50 pounds of force to move
