Responsibilities:
Perform patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, insurance verification and arrange delivery
Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
Place outbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
Utilize proper escalation channels to meet patient needs & resolve open issues
Research required information using available resources
Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Customer service or inbound call center experience required
Appropriate industry experience is necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus

Location/Hours
Shifts: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role. 3 shift options are available :
Rotating shifts between 8 AM - 4 PM CST, Monday - Friday OR
11::00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift) OR
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST , Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift)
All shifts require a rotational Saturday shift 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
There will be a required shift during the 8 week training period of 9 AM - 5 PM CST

The Position:
Tier II Service Desk Specialist provides technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is responsible for troubleshooting problems, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring optimal performance of end-user devices. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning.
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and asset inventory using an ITSM ticketing system
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
Support remote users and troubleshoot connectivity issues via VPN or remote tools.
Required Qualifications Education & Experience
Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, Trade School, Certificate Programs (or equivalent experience).
6 months to 1 year of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
Proficiency in Windows and mac OS environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with imaging tools and remote support software.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Must adhere to federal government IT security standards.
Work Environment: Onsite or hybrid; may require occasional travel to regional offices.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs.).

* Assist in providing new residents with transportation to shelter.

This position supports the integration between our Service module to our Financials modules. Essential Functions:
* Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
* Assists customers in all aspects of application support including problem solving, training, and on-going support.
* Prepares cases and follow-up to resolution.
* Performs research of basic application problems, resolves issues for Member/Customers who are using the application, and recommends changes or enhancements as directed.
* Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on basic requests and procedures.
* Assists with mass communications to Member/Customers.
* Assists with software release process.
* Utilize all support tools as directed.
* Convey customer feedback to product development staff as appropriate.
* Perform on-site training or deliver remote application training to Member/Customers via Web Tools.
* Provides after hours support.

Perform release processor duties including preparing deeds of release on paid off accounts; monitor, renew, and release other security interest as needed; prepare checks for recording fees and make appropriate expense account entries.
Perform new loan set up duties to include activating new loans utilizing information provided by market loan origination and operation departments; research system maintenance; review modifications and extensions submitted by market personnel for accuracy; process new loan terms and complete system entries as needed.
Perform new loan check back duties including checking new mortgage loan setup by verifying entries and complete file maintenance as needed; complete post-closing audits of critical documents for all new loans; monitor active files for document deficiencies and maintain a report of exceptions; enter recording information from the recorded Security Instruments into the mortgage loan servicing system.
Organize checkback data sheets to pair with new loan files.
Prepare payoff quotes; prepare final payoff letters.
Assist in the handling of insurance loss draft claims.
Set up ACH transactions.
Complete requests for mortgage loan verifications.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Two years of mortgage loan processing, servicing, and/or auditing experience preferred.
