WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an IT Logistics Associate, you will play a critical role in managing high-value IT inventory, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and supporting technical troubleshooting across a range of devices. You will be the go-to person for handling IT logistics requests, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of our clients and internal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and track high-value IT inventory across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels. Provide hands-on technical support for Mac OS devices, including MFA setup, device restoration, wiping, and re-imaging (MacBooks, Chromebooks, smartphones, etc.). Respond to and fulfill operational IT logistics requests from critical stakeholders. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation to support a consistent global IT logistics program. Communicate project updates, blockers, and milestones to collaborators and stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client ticket escalations efficiently. Identify and troubleshoot recurring bugs and errors reported by customers and technicians. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Proven experience in IT logistics or inventory management. Strong technical knowledge of Mac OS and related hardware/software troubleshooting. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating SOPs and process documentation. DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Experience supporting Chromebooks, smartphones, and other mobile devices. Previous experience in a global or multi-client IT support environment. Knowledge of ITSM tools and ticketing systems. The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
