The Service Desk Specialist - Onsite role provides Tier 1 support to clients, addressing and resolving desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues while maintaining recurring onsite commitments to designated client(s). As a key part of the support team, this role works directly with clients to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution. The Service Desk Specialist - Onsite collaborates closely with the Service Desk Team Lead and other team members supporting tactical and operational needs specific to each client environment. Accountabilities
Client Support and Service Delivery
Provide direct, onsite Tier 1 support to clients, addressing and resolving desktop, application, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
Maintain recurring onsite commitments to static clients, serving as an onsite technical resource for immediate client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's environment and requirements.
Manage client IT systems in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Update and maintain customer documentation to support consistent, high-quality service.
Track and update support tickets in real-time within Network Coverage's ticketing system.
Maintain a daily 80% billable rate while managing onsite tickets and providing remote assistance as required.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Service Desk Team Lead or Service Desk Manager to meet NetCov's operational objectives.
Infrastructure Management and Optimization
Perform routine checks and updates on client hardware and systems if onsite, addressing potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with the managed services team to identify client trends and recommend proactive solutions when necessary.
Contribute to team knowledge by producing and updating technical documentation related to client systems as needed.
Client Communication and Continuous Improvement
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, setting expectations and providing updates on ticket progress.
Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, implement best practices and process improvements where possible.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, addressing issues onsite whenever feasible.
Stay informed on industry advancements and continuously enhance technical skills to improve support quality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Required
Technical Expertise:
Foundational understanding of IT infrastructures, including client/server models, Windows and Mac OS, network protocols, virtualization, and endpoint security.
Proficiency with Microsoft client operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange/Office 365, and core desktop applications.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and wireless network solutions.
Problem-Solving and Time Management:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:As an IT Logistics Associate, you'll play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery, support, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and related logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical deployment and inventory tasks, maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating shipments, and providing responsive desk-side support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
Deployment of desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & Desk) & Monitors.
Ensure safe disposal of equipment.
Provision of desk-side support and quick-fix management.
Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate.
Proactively manage Inventory levels within Deployment remit.
Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy.
Restock of IT cabinets and vending machines
Manage e-waste solution & donation requests.
Collection of IT equipment from employees (Terminations, Upgrades etc.).
Monitor, update and maintain SRT/Task queues on a regular basis Coordination of Delivery of N00b phones within NORAM region.
Ensuring timely delivery ahead of Orientation dates set out by client.
Assist with Desk moves.
Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region.
Perform regular inventory count and maintain inventory stock levels of standard equipment.
Receiving new hardware (inbound stock).
Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead.
Coordinate shipping to NORAM & Global locations
Any other projects assigned by management
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective Time management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative.
Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills.

As the Camper Support Specialist, you will work within the healthcare team and provide support to Unit Leaders for campers with special medical and behavioral needs. Provide a quality experience to campers and families and represent the YMCA and self in a professional manner of safety and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
Review health histories for all campers of note, and communicate behavioral considerations of campers to appropriate staff, such as Director staff, Unit Leaders, Cabin Leaders, and Program Area staff.
Respect campers' right to privacy, handling personal issues sensitively and sharing information on a need-to-know basis only.
Provide support in the event of a behavioral incident with campers, especially those with special needs or known/diagnosed behavioral disorders.
Establish and maintain clear phone, and in person, communication with parents/guardians regarding daily check-ins, camper health, or behavioral concerns in collaboration with the Camp Director, including unit leaders and other staff as appropriate.
Field questions from parents of campers with special behavioral needs prior to the start of their week of camp
Assist with check in and check out. You are an integral part of the parent communication team.
Take a leadership role during staff training to help educate staff and provide tools to successfully work with campers that need extra support.
Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21.
Two summers previous camp staff experience or equivalent (preferred).
Specialized and practical knowledge of/ experience in: cabin and camp leadership, teen leadership and supervision; staff management, development, and motivation.

Ability to train, motivate, support, share insights & ideas with, and supervise staff guards and instructors; communicate openly with supervisor; organize, facilitate, and evaluate activities; support and connect with campers; perform duties as specified in job description and by supervisor; behave as an appropriate positive role model in all camp activities.
Required: Advanced knowledge and passion for behavior management, youth development, mental health, and de-escalation tactics.
Sensitivity to the needs of families including adults and children.
Current first aid, CPR, and AED certifications for duration of the season strongly preferred.
Lifeguarding certification preferred.
Complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day. Complete other online and in-person training as required.
*This is a Residential position that includes room and board.*
Starting Wage: $480 to $510 per week, depending on experience
