    Sr. Field Tech, Power Systems Technicians, or NETA Technicians are expected to perform service, test and maintain various types of power transmission and distribution equipment. An ideal candidate will be experienced in many of the following skills: Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data of low, medium and/ or high voltage (to 765kV) electrical systems. Safety knowledge includes an understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and requirements, arc-flash and shock hazard analyses, and other facets of hazardous electrical energy control procedures. This position is qualified to provide guidance and can perform electrical power switching. Position, as directed, supervises large projects and multiple crews and can work independently. Individual performs complex investigations, tests, and evaluations, and prepares written reports as needed. Prefer experience with most of the following or similar: MCC's, Breakers, relay testing, oil testing, infrared scanning, performing start-up on switchgear up through 500kV class, etc. or training from the military (Army Prime Power, Air Force Electrical Power Production, NAVY or another related program). Knowledge of various industry standards such as: NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA. Must be able to work safely and adhere to all electrical safety procedures. Good theoretical understanding of electricity and a good aptitude for problem solving. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and peers. JOB SUMMARY: The Adult CCS Service Facilitation program provides intensive case management services to adult clients who have significant mental health and/or substance use needs and diagnoses. The Certified Peer Support Specialist works within a multi-disciplinary team to help consumers in their recovery journey. Clients are supported through the success of their goals by a flexible array of community-based services. These services incorporate a wraparound model of service delivery to assist the person in living their best possible life, reducing the impact of their mental health and/or substance abuse disorder, and assisting the person in their journey to recovery. As the Peer Support Specialist, you will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to individuals with a history of substance abuse to help promote long-term recovery and prevent relapse. The Peer Support Specialist must demonstrate an ability to share personal recovery experiences and develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CERTIFIED PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Participate as an integral part of the person's identified recovery team. Communicate, collaborate, and support providers of family teams. Provide information as to the purpose of peer support and recovery models. Provide recipients with information and insight about recovery. Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate in school, work, the community, and during emergency and crisis situations as appropriate. Provide support in connecting service recipients with community organizations and support groups. Attend team meetings as needed. Safely transport clients as needed. SALARY: $18.00-20.00 per hour LOCATION: Kenosha Job Center, with some flexibility for hybrid work hours when on-site meetings are not scheduled. Local travel is required to meet with clients within the home and other community spaces, with mileage reimbursement. SCHEDULE: Part-time 12-20 hours per week. OVERVIEW The Banking Support Associate is a key contributor in servicing the overall banking portfolio. Specifically, as a Banking Support Associate you will: * Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Treasury Management This role is responsible for delivering a high level of personal service to both internal and external clients by promptly answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to emails. The Associate handles routine Treasury Management tasks and related account maintenance and refers complex issues and banking solutions to Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and Client Relationship Specialists (CRS). Key responsibilities include coordinating new client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, preparing documentation, and gathering product setup information. The role may also support limited client profiling and proposal preparation (including fee modeling). Additional duties may include supporting account reviews to ensure optimal service delivery. * Prepare New Account and Maintenance Documents with Accuracy Responsible for opening and closing accounts, processing card applications, and performing routine account maintenance. Monitors key reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate handling across bank offices. * Perform Banking Transactions with Accuracy Processes routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Supports cash and card services, maintains accurate balances, and follows established transaction procedures. * Perform Other Duties as Assigned Assists with scheduling and meeting logistics including preparing materials. May help monitor procedures and attend internal or external meetings and events as needed. The successful candidate should have: * Associate's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience * Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
