The Supervisory Mission Support Specialist serves a first-line supervisor. This position serves as the Workforce Management Branch Chief, duties and responsibilities include:
* Supervising the Workforce Management Branch and providing senior level advice regarding workforce management programs and operations.
* Developing new and modified workforce management methods, approaches, and procedures for delivering effective services.
* Developing and delivering briefings, project papers, status and staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
* Generating and maintaining various reports, providing updated information for CBP's internal Table of Organization (TO) tracker, and monitoring tickler reports and staffing tables.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs highly complex (senior-level) work involving coordination and the direct performance of activities associated with installing, repairing, monitoring, analyzing the use of, and troubleshooting complex problems with, information technology systems used at the assigned high security correctional facility for juveniles such as a local area network and wide area network (LAN and WAN), and other Information Technology (IT) related technology. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per workweek, be on-call 24/7, and travel occasionally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides technical support for agency employees and other end users to ensure that work requests and needs are appropriately addressed, documented and resolved in a timely fashion.
Provides user support and training to staff for use of PC, laptops, projectors, printers, phones, DVR, videoconference and other IT business related technology.
Coordinates with facility IT lead to ensure standard configuration, deployment and repair of IT related technology.
Assists with maintaining communication and network security, including network logons, and reports any communication/network security violations; providing information regarding availability of assigned LAN/WAN/Security system; and ensuring proper disposal and documentation of agency hard drives and related media.
Assists in the development of solutions and aids in researching and resolving escalated problems, which may include the most complex and/or critical technical problems.
Assists with performing updates on inventory records for technology equipment at assigned sites, including all IT infrastructure as well as equipment issued to staff.
Reports any presence or perception of racial, ethnic, and/or gender disparities.
Performs a variety of related duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
Performs all duties in compliance with agency safety policies and procedures:

Associate's degree or technical school certification in information systems or related IT related field. High School diploma or equivalent. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
The Territory Specialist (TS) is a medical sales role assisting the Territory Manager and/or Key Account Manager in achieving the overall Territory sales objectives through daily management of the assigned accounts within the Territory. The Program Support Specialist supports the mission of C2 GPS by providing operational support to the workforce center staff and provides technical support for workforce customers within the Child Care Solutions Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Reviews and examines compliance reports to ensure alignment with program requirements.
* Monitors contacts and communications with customers. Coordinates required participation hours for customers and files documentation in the customer's original case file.
* Participates in customer hearings and submits relevant documentation to appropriate parties.
* Seeks out new ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
* Knowledge of workforce development.
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, technology, and computer skills.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, organizational skill, and detail oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include documentation.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, Board staff, and the public.
* Ability to develop strategies and solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with safe driving record.
* One year of relevant experience preferred.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical requirements include lifting to 10 pounds occasionally. Subject to standing, sitting, bending, and walking to perform job scope. Requires visual acuity, speech, and hearing. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment. Occasional driving and travel required. Flexible hours may be required. Support Specialist Job In San Benito, TX
Role Mission: The After School Enrichment specialists will facilitate after school programming for priority students, focusing on academic support, enrichment opportunities, and college/career readiness. Enrichment Specialists will work with campus principals and the After School Coordinator to ensure after school programs enhance the vision and priorities of the school. After School Enrichment specialists work after school for 2 - 2.5 hours.
This position is grant-funded with 21st Century funds.
This is a grant-funded position and funding may be extended. A grant-funded position has no guarantee of ongoing and indefinite employment. All duties and responsibilities tied to this position are allowable and allocable to the grant. The employee will work solely (100%) on allowable activities outlined in the grant
program.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate of $14.00/hourly

Qualifications:
Required Education: Current college enrollment, up to 15 college hours, or professional certification in the subject you will teach
Required Experience: Experience working with youth (formal or informal) and experience working in a classroom/school setting (formal or informal)
Required: Must attach an official or unofficial transcript to the application in order to verify GPA and credit hours earned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior

What You'll Do - Accountabilities:
Implement a clear and consistent behavior management system that aligns to campus- wide initiatives while developing students' character and sense of community in the classroom
Help shape and develop a school wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each student
Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust, understanding and respect for the communities in which they identify.
Provide enrichment and recreation leadership for the program students.
Facilitate planned enrichment and/or recreational activities to group of students (average group size 12-18).
Assists in developing students' cognitive capacity, increasing academic skill development, and respect for learning.
Foster students' self-esteem and motivation through positive interaction.
Be directly supervised by the Site Coordinator
Attend scheduled meetings with Site Coordinator and Project Director to coordinate program design, evaluation process, and outreach efforts.
Work closely with Site Coordinator and Project Director to: Organize schedule of enrichment and/or recreational activities. Implement evaluation tools.
