About the Role
COMPA Industries is seeking an experienced Kahua Automation Specialist to support enterprise-level EPC workflow automation on large, complex capital projects. This role focuses on the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Kahua workflows used across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls functions.
This position is onsite in Aiken, SC or Greenville, SC and supports mission-critical project delivery in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Education/Experience:

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Requirements workflow solution (Kahua, Power Automate, Aconex, or similar) experience, along with software development experience.

Primary responsibilities include:
Respond to claimant inquiries about overpayments and guide them through the repayment process.
Process payments made by check, debit, or credit card.

Collaborate with the Team Leader to process refunds accurately.
Cancel and reissue payments when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Partner with Unemployment Call Center staff to troubleshoot and resolve claimant concerns.

The Medical College of Georgia Department of Physiology s focus is the framework of the body's cells, organs and systems, how they work, and how abnormal function leads to disease. Job Summary
Provides essential administrative and operational support for the Department of Physiology's two graduate programs: the Master's in Medical Physiology Program and the Physiology Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program. This position serves as the primary liaison, coordinating communication between the academic department, program faculty, and the university's central Graduate School/College. Core responsibilities include managing the admissions cycle, assisting with recruitment initiatives, and providing student support. Furthermore, the role involves event planning and execution for key departmental functions, including recruitment events, specialized departmental lectureships, and the annual Physiology research symposium.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Manages the official system of record by entering course details and facilitates program logistics by scheduling meetings, distributing seminar and journal club announcements, coordinating room setups, and submitting necessary AV/IT requests. This role requires fluency in institutional data systems such as Banner, Pounce, Curriculog, and OneUSG to complete data entry and reporting needs. Additionally, the program specialist is responsible for processing and monitoring Graduate Laboratory Assistant (GLA) time entry to ensure correct compensation and adherence to hours worked policies.
Manages special projects as requested by the Chairman, Department Administrator, and Program Directors. This includes providing logistical oversight for departmental events, such as special lectureships and the annual research symposium. Some specific execution tasks involve developing and producing event materials, coordinating catering arrangements, and personally managing event setup and breakdown. This role requires the ability to proactively execute a broad range of varying administrative support duties to ensure departmental events are successful.
In coordination with the departmental Program Directors, AU Marketing Division and The Graduate School coordinate efforts to market the department programs to help recruit a varied and qualified pool of prospective students. In coordination with the Program Director(s), maintain the accuracy of the program's information on the department website and in the university catalog/handbook.
Conduct market research of peer programs in the Southeast region to identify possible recruitment pathways and competitive advantages.
Assist the Program Director(s) with the timely and accurate submission of all required student and programming forms and documentation (e.g., degree audits, graduation requirements, application materials).
Monitor the program's operating budget and track expenditures in coordination with the Department Administrator.
Manages all programmatic procurement functions, including processing orders for supplies and equipment through eShop and the PeopleSoft Financials requisition system. This responsibility includes ensuring strict compliance by securing and validating all necessary documentation (e.g., Data Security, Tax Exemption, and Technical Exemption forms, W-9s) and acting as the primary liaison with vendors to obtain and submit required financial paperwork.
Assist the Program Directors with the hiring and assignment of Graduate Assistants (Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, Lab Assistants, etc.) within the department.
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience.
OR
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization is required and a minimum of four years of progressively responsible office support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

ProSidian Seeks an Engineering Technical SupportSpecialist - Engineering (EN103) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
Engineering Technical SupportSpecialist - Engineering (EN103) Candidates - Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Technical Specialist: Perform as the main point of contact for SRR Inspection Engineering. Provide technical support for others who will perform Visual Testing (VT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities in the High-Level Waste Tank Farm facilities (HLWTF) at Savannah River Remediation, evaluate and report the results from those NDE efforts to the facility operations personnel and prepare annual reports on the conditions of the safety-related/ passive components within the HLWTF. The NDE Technical Specialist will have previous knowledge of the workings of the SRR Structural Authority and Inspection Engineering Department so as to provide mentoring/training to new NDE Technical Specialists within the department.
Responsibilities
Develop/maintain NDE technology skills/knowledge to support those who perform NDE examinations on critical plant Systems, Structures, and Components.
Provide timely examination results and basis for examination parameters to SRR or external customers. This requires work coordination with customers, facility managers, equipment owners, supervision, work planners, radiological personnel, and others as appropriate.
Provide technical inspection reports, technical observations, problems encountered, solutions, and/or technical recommendations. May include the technical rationale for interpretation of examination results or basis for selecting specific parameters of examination.
Support NDE personnel, when required, in harsh environments and/or unusual locations (i.e. outdoors, radiological, respiratory protection, confined spaces, elevated surfaces, etc.), following established safety policies and procedures. RWT II, respirator/plastic suit qualifications are required.
Knowledge of Site NDE procedures, Site contacts, and work area requirements.
Support facility/design engineering in identifying/specifying appropriate NDE methods and acceptance criteria for SRR Complex components/systems.
Develop and maintain plans and schedules for inspections, structural integrity, and indication investigations.
Review, validate, report, and disposition inspection results and report via the In-Service Inspection Review Committee (ISIRC).
Maintain records, including indexes of inspections.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
One year satisfactory performance as a Level I Inspector (with No HS Diploma or GED), OR Three years related experience in equivalent inspection activities (with HS Diploma or GED), OR One-year related experience in equivalent inspection activities (with Associates Degree), OR Six months related experience in equivalent inspection activities (with Undergraduate 4-year degree).

ADMISSIONS SUPPORT:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and prospective students, providing information on admission requirements, status updates, and program details. Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

ProSidian Seeks a Technical SupportSpecialist - Administrative/Business (PC103) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy. This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Cadre to fulfill requirements.
Technical SupportSpecialist - Administrative/Business (PC103) Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFP192242R Technical Support (Administrative/Business Services) and:
Provide a variety of administrative, technical, and staff support services to the Project Integration Department.
Support the control and implementation of organizational objectives.
Assist with the development and implementation of projects, programs, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
May serve as liaison with others regarding activities related to objectives, planning, and analysis of issues.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Specific Tasks/Activities:
Technical support for the SRR Project Integration Department to provide support to include but not limited to the Estimating and the Central Project Controls department.

Develop and submit Material Service Requisitions (MSRs) in Peridium for office supplies and materials.
Create electronic (pdf) and hardcopy reports and distribute in accordance with reporting requirements, e.g. weekly Procurement Report, weekly trend report, scheduling (P6) reports, Cobra cost processor reports and others as necessary to support Project Controls reporting requirements
Develop, format, and distribute Project Directives, Work Authorization, and Integrated Planning, Accountability, and Budgeting System (IPABS) reports.
Support the EVMS and PMO Compliance Managers with coordination and planning of training, required reading and test giving. Also, provide procedure, system description and guidance document development and revision support.
Support the SRR Risk Management team with general administrative support including risk document updating, revisions and editing. This may include meeting coordination, facilitating and scheduling.
Support the Estimating team with general administrative activities, including updating, editing, and revising the Estimating Procedure Manual sections, Desktop Guides, and other documents.
Support Estimating by maintaining supplies and anticipate re-ordering, arranging for repair or replacement of equipment and computers.
Support the technical formation of updated material pricing data for insertion into the Material Pricing Database, provide quality checks of the data prepared by Estimators.
Candidate will be required to learn and execute Project Controls practices in accordance with DOE Order 413.3, Guides G413.3 and Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and procedures. In addition, experience with FAR regulations, DOE Contract Management, Contract Change Control and Proposal Management are required.

Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch.
