Job Description
The Treasury Client Services Professional I provides technical and operational support to a portfolio of Commercial Banking customers for all DDA and Treasury Management Products and Services; Products and Services help customers set their daily cash position and related investment options; resolves daily customer issues/concerns sometimes engaging various departments in Treasury Services, Operations, Information Technology, and/or Relationship Managers; some products require communications with third party vendors to identify and resolve customer issue; inputs and tracks all customer initiated operating and system problems via Salesforce Case Management. Identifies and refers cross sell opportunities.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will manage a portfolio of small business and commercial relationships, ensuring proper legal and regulatory documentation for account openings.
You will collaborate with compliance and legal teams to resolve any questionable documentation issues.
You will diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues for DDA and Treasury Management products.
You will provide same-day customer updates on issue status, following the Sundown Rule.
You will partner with Operations, IT, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and streamline processes.
You will serve as the primary customer contact for system issues, offering proactive support, fraud prevention, and product training.
You will maintain quality control by identifying operational trends and ensuring resolution through Salesforce Case Management.
Education & Experience Requirements
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 1-year experience in a bank operations or customer service position or 5 - 7 years' equivalent experience in a bank operations or customer service function.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Later in Life Outreach/Client Support Advocate will lead the initiative to increase understanding and coordinate the response to abuse against elders. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and training on the topic of elder abuse. Provide outreach and support to grant partners. Provide case management to people 50 and over with an emphasis on the LBGTQ+ community and staying within the grant guidelines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Priority 1: Equity and Inclusion

Provide case management such as initial assessment or initial screening; make referrals for services to various partners and agencies such as TPD Family Violence Unit, DVIS shelter, outpatient counseling, legal services, DHS Adult Protective Services, and Life Senior Services; supporting and providing resources for older survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other elder abuse; working with survivors to determine risks and goals; conducting safety planning with every client. Maintain 25-30 client caseload.
Provide advocacy and support to adults 50 and over at all DVIS sites including outpatient, hospital, shelter, transitional housing and the Family Safety Center. This position will be housed 50% of their time at the shelter to manage the “elder” clients within the Shelter program. The other 50% of their time will encompass time at the other locations/departments.
Responsible for making follow-up calls to survivors.
Coordinate the response and protocol for crimes against older survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other abuse.
Organize a multi-disciplinary team and facilitate meetings.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to coordinate financial assistance via Client Assistance applications in adherence to DVIS and grant guidelines.
Priority 3: Education and Outreach
Organize and facilitate training for law enforcement, DVIS, and other victim services providers related to providing services to elder victims.
Provide outreach activities to community partners to develop and implement the goals and objectives of the Elder Abuse Grant.
Other Duties/Responsibilities: Other assistance to support the overall goals of the department and organization. DVIS retains the right to add or change duties and/or responsibilities at any time.
