Roles and Responsibilities
Provide support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, mac OS, iOS, Android).
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications.
Complete firmware upgrades on PC's.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Track the lifecycle of hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Install applications to meet departmental needs based on policies and standards.

Supporting IP telephony and mobile administration.
Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and issues.
Update knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
Provide technical assistance to on-site and remote employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Office 365 applications, email, and collaboration tools.
Assist users with multi-factor authentication issues using DUO Mobile.
Deploy and manage endpoint protection.
Up to 30% travel to remote offices as needed for on-site support and training.
Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
This position requires travel to another regional office occasionally.
High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of O365 including Intune, Azure and Exchange.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Onboarding and offboarding employees using MSS's IT platforms.
A+, MCP, Network +, are a plus.
Flexibility to work varying hours.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

The Transplant Program Specialist reports to the Transplant Program Manager of the Transplant Center. Under general supervision, the Transplant Program Specialist helps to establish, coordinate and perform all administrative duties required to support the transplant team. The position operates as the liaison between patient and the Transplant Center's clinical staff in communicating relevant information by telephone and written correspondence. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the transplant data base and accurate data entry, ongoing training of new staff and keeping up to date with the regulatory changes in UNOS and CMS.
Additional Job Description
A bachelor's degree or high school diploma and four years of relatable work experience is required. Previous experience in a secretarial/clerical position is preferred. Basic keyboarding skills are required; medical terminology is preferred. Applicant must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide range of groups and individuals.

* Assist with handling and routing citizen complaints related to land development, roadway projects, and stormwater activities.
* Receive and respond by phone, email, letter, or in person to inquiries from other County staff members and the public by applying basic procedures of all applicable County ordinances and other regulatory guidelines.
* Utilize department software daily, included, but not limited to EnerGov, Road Manager, GIS, GovQA, and other related systems.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as directed.
* Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
* Attend meetings and record minutes as assigned.
* Notify supervisors of critical issues or events.
