Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.

Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.

Collaborates with patients, family, health care providers and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Participates in care team meetings providing updates of patient's health care goals, activities, and action plan. Defines processes for most effective patient flow.
Performs Disease Registry management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
CPR and ACLS
Current State of Wisconsin registered nurse license
Physical Demands:
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance
Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to sharp objects and instruments
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock

Responsibilities:
Display behavioral support using Behavioral Support Plans and Trauma Informed Care approaches.
Provide caregiving duties (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting, community integration activities, companionship, and conversation with residents)
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with autistic individuals, aggressive behaviors, behavioral support plans, and trauma-informed care approaches is preferred but not required
A strong passion for helping others with autism and intellectual and physical disabilities
Be mentally and physically capable to assist participants based on their needs
Must be at least 18 years of age
Maintain a valid driver's license with excellent driving record
