This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you.
Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the IT Service Support Technician delivers prompt and effective technical assistance and training to end users across multiple technology platforms.
This role supports computers, software applications, printing systems, Office 365 products, IP phones, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
The Technician identifies, researches, and resolves diverse technical issues, responding to service requests made via phone, in-person, or through IT ticketing systems.
Responsibilities:
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related IT infrastructure.
Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN components to ensure reliable network operations.
Assist with the maintenance and support of Windows servers.
Provide maintenance and support for the IP phone system and video conferencing equipment.
Deliver end-user instruction on computer hardware, network usage, standard operating procedures, software applications, telecommunications, and video conferencing tools.
Respond efficiently to help desk requests via phone, in-person, and IT ticketing system, facilitating timely resolution of user issues.
Create, manage, and maintain user accounts for network, email, and phone systems, ensuring appropriate access and security.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot mobile devices (e.g., iPhones, iPads) for end users.
Act as the lead in triaging support tickets to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate hardware and software repairs with external vendors as necessary.
Execute special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Equipment Used: Uses PC's, desktop tools, network software, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.
Minimum Vocational, Technical or Associate's Degree; A+ / Microsoft Certification is desired.

Arbor Place, Inc. is seeking Residential Support Specialists to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals in recovery by providing professional, client-centered care in a structured treatment environment.
As a Residential Support Specialist, you will actively engage with clients, support daily routines, model recovery-focused behaviors, and contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic, and respectful atmosphere. This role requires professionalism, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule Requirements
Arbor Place has a 24/7 residential treatment facility.
Staff must be available to work every other weekend.
Position requires a mix of 1st and 2nd shifts, with occasional overnight shifts.
All new hires will be trained on all shifts to ensure flexibility and program coverage.
What We Offer
Starting Wage: $16.50 $19.50/hour (based on training, education, and certifications)
Overnight Shifts: Flat rate of $23.25/hour
Responsibilities
Supervise and interact with clients in a respectful, professional manner.
Support clients in daily living skills, structured activities, and program rules.
Monitor client behavior, provide redirection, and model recovery-focused conduct.
Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
Administer and document medications following training and policy.
Conduct urine analyses and other program monitoring tasks.
Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
CBRF certifications or willingness to obtain within required timeframe.
Preferred:
Recovery Coach or Peer Support Specialist Certification.
Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or substance use treatment.

Black River Health has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Analyst in the Business Intelligence Department. The Help Desk Analyst provides maintenance of the computer desktop environment through the utilization of the internal Business Intelligence (BI) Information Technology (IT) Help Desk. Functions as first-level support for users of computer applications and systems. Responds to user inquiries regarding software and hardware, and perform tasks to resolve problems or obtain solutions for users. This position:
Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Day Shift, benefited. (Full-On-Site Required)
Essential Duties:
Provides IT Help Desk support and resolves problems to the end user's satisfaction.
Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk
Monitors Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and processes first-in first-out based on priority.
Modifies configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Performs timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Manages computer workstation setup and deployment for new employees. Ensuring each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment or software. Installs, tests, and configures new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum of three semesters completed in an accredited Information Systems associate degree program and in good standing required
Associate's degree in Information Systems
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
2 years of relevant technical experience preferred
