Job Summary
The IT Helpdesk II technician will provide advanced (Tier 2) technical support within a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. Qualifications
Required:
Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2+ years in IT support, with at least 1 year handling Tier 2 responsibilities in a government, military, or enterprise environment.

Position: SupportSpecialist (Spanish/English)
As a Bilingual SupportSpecialist, you'll support participants in both English and Spanish, helping them achieve personal goals, strengthen independence, and engage in community life. You'll work directly with participants in their homes and out in the community, providing meaningful support tailored to individual needs.
What You'll Do / Day-to-Day
Responsibilities vary based on participant goals and needs, and may include:
Assisting with daily routines and activities as needed
Supporting skill-building, personal growth, and independence
Helping participants participate in community, social, or recreational activities
Providing a consistent, compassionate presence and building trusting relationships
Communicating effectively in both Spanish and English with participants, families, and team members
Documenting progress and sharing updates with the Full Life team
Qualifications
We welcome compassionate candidates from all backgrounds - no experience is required. Training is provided. Required qualifications:
18 years or older
Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
High School Diploma or GED (or ability to demonstrate key skills)
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
Tuberculosis clearance (Full Life will assist with this)
