Schedules shall be based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM). * Coordinate with Operations Support Squadron (OSS) and outside agencies to facilitate exercise and special event scheduling requirements (e.g. Flag Exercises, Weapons Evaluation, Weapons School Support, etc.).
