The Scope of Work
Tenant, HOA/Condo Association Homeowner communications
Assist with tracking, logging and responding to HOA/Condo Association Architectural Change Requests
Tracking, reporting and responding to HOA/Condo Association violations
Follow up regarding HOA/Condo Association dues collection including supporting homeowners with online payment questions
Assist with HOA/Condo Association Homeowner questions regarding special assessments
Assist with communication/questions including but not limited to tenants lease and account questions, client concerns, vendor concerns and communication between tenants and vendors
Tracking and reporting of HCI and application requests
The Ideal Candidate
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
