Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
The Program Specialist is responsible for the management and implementation of programs, projects, and activities of the entity. The Foreign Filing Specialist will prepare and coordinate PCT and direct national reporting to the Client. MONITORS THE FOREIGN FILING DOCKET
Reviews the foreign docket on a regular basis to ensure that deadlines are met and the main docket is reconciled on a daily basis. Responsible for making a decision on moving soft dates on the docket based on input from the timekeeper and foreign associate or personal knowledge of the responsiveness of the particular country in question.

Prepares and forwards instructions to foreign associates and foreign patent offices, including PCT, national phase and direct non-U.S. filings.

RESPONSIBLE FOR BILLING ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH FOREIGN FILING

Reviews the procedures and document preparation for payment of annuities.

The Role
Client Team Support Associates are a critical member of the client engagement team. They work on a variety of assignments to provide comprehensive administrative support for the full lifecycle of client engagements and must be able to prioritize various projects in a fast-paced environment as well as provide support to Managing Directors (MDs) and client engagement team members.
Responsibilities include:
Provide general administrative support. Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Assist with meeting coordination, planning, and preparation (i.e., presentations for team members)
Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement
Receive and process incoming processing requests
Manage MD calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements
Support client events, meetings, and presentations, including logistics and material preparation
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Risk/Compliance, Asset Management)
Prepare, proofread and edit Job Arrangement Letters (JALs) in accordance with firm standards
Process and track engagement letters via e-signature platforms such as Docusign and tracker
Administer and maintain Client Acceptance Portal (CAP) entries for new and continuing client engagements, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and adhere to Andersen's compliance standards
Generate and distribute reports, as needed, for the client engagement teams

Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.

The Mental Health SupportSpecialist position may include the following, as well as other duties assigned:
Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Programs mission, values, and philosophies.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
Continue providing services until the youth is stabilized, placement is located and/or a warm handoff can occur to a new clinical therapist or mental health supportspecialist if clinically appropriate.
Delivers prompt and professional clinical services while maintaining appropriate level of confidentiality.
Screen referrals for mental health services determine severity and what type of services are needed.
Work as a member of the care team to meet the needs of the customer and to support program goals.
Applies clinical skills to help screen individuals for the program.
Fostering people skills to be able to connect with clients.
Develops comprehensive front-end assessment of potential clients.
Completes clinical assessment of potential clients.
Utilizes standardized assessment/screening tools effectively in order to help gage client appropriateness for services.
Provides individual therapy, depression, anger management, medical providers for related medical conditions.
Demonstrates the technical and behavioral competencies necessary in the implementation of standardized assessment tools.
Complete all related screening documentation in a timely manner.
Completes all required performance tracking, data collection and documentation.
Performs other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with mental health experience
Ability to relate therapeutically with customers, display cultural sensitivity and a strong sense of empathy.
Knowledge of Medicaid Rules and other funder expectations.
Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and recognizes signs/symptoms of psychiatric illness and substance related diagnoses.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance requirement 100,000/300,000 bodily injury, and a good driving record.
Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function.
Ability to organize data, plan, provide written and very feedback, utilize electronic health systems.
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Other skills:
