Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. Reviews and recovery plans corrections are due Thursday at noon. Allow new employees the opportunity to shadow you while providing direct service as a training tool.
