Conduct multi-vendor troubleshooting on complex customer engagements, ensuring a seamless experience for public sector partners

Be a subject matter expert on core technologies of Palo Alto Networks product line, particularly in environments relevant to public sector customers
Identify product defects (code, environment) via lab replication using network simulation, lab automation, performance testing, and validation tools
File bug reports with the engineering team and develop test plans and best practices with Quality Assurance teams to improve overall software and hardware quality per release cycle
Author Technical Support Bulletins and technical documentation in the Knowledge Base for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, and problem-solving guides
Travel to customer sites in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required
Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as-needed basis
Qualifications

Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle cloud infrastructure(OCI)
Knowledge of deploying firewalls in one or more Public cloud infrastructures: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and Alibaba
Experience deploying third-party networking and security services into VMware NSX for vSphere is a plus
Good understanding of the following networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, OSPF, BGP)

Good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $108000 - $175200/YR. Hands-on experience with key Murex functionalities, including trade booking, static data and market data management, P&L and simulation screens, Datamart configuration, and valuation metrics.

Strong implementation experience with Murex, including trade capture, pricing, valuation, and downstream process integration (e.g., settlement, payments).

We are seeking a DAI Help Desk Specialist that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment. The DAI Helpdesk Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical and operational support for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system, servicing between 6,000 and 6,500 users. The specialist will manage helpdesk operations, resolve system errors, provide financial and data management support, and ensure compliance with user account security protocols. Additionally, the role includes system monitoring, training, and supporting financial and budget management functions. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in troubleshooting enterprise systems and financial applications
Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Operations and User Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for DAI helpdesk operations, managing 300-400 new tickets monthly.
Provide first-level support by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving trouble tickets.
Escalate complex issues to DCSA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or the DAI Program Management Office (PMO).
Track ticket resolution times and provide reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and government program manager.
Conduct individual and group training sessions on DAI procedures and system functionality.
System Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Error Resolution
Monitor and resolve errors in purchase requisition transactions and 1164 obligation issues.
Address missing supplier data and troubleshoot invoice matching discrepancies.
Resolve PDS (Obligation) interface errors and support integration with U.S. Bank.
Assist with resolving DTS Funds Availability Errors and invoices on hold.
Reporting and Financial Data Management
Compile and upload reports for non-integrated DCSA systems.
Update dashboard reports for accounting, resource advisors, and budget execution tracking.
Generate ad hoc transaction detail reports for various programs.
Support sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations and assist in unmatched transaction analysis.
Provide Advana analytics support to meet DCSA's Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) needs.
User Account Management and Security Compliance
Manage DD2875 DAI role and responsibility access and termination requests.
Validate and provision employee and contractor user accounts and responsibilities.
Monitor and reactivate user accounts that have been locked due to inactivity.
Audit user responsibility access in compliance with job assignments.
Ensure compliance with annual Cyber Awareness training.
Budget and Funds Management
Support entry and resolution of Funds Authorization Document (FAD) and Allowance Obligation Budget (AOB) transactions.
Assist in integrating DAI project funds control budgets and mapping task organizations.
Facilitate the maturation of the Working Capital Fund accounting structure.
Assist with reconciling Working Capital Fund costs and earned revenue.
Provide revenue reconciliation and interagency agreement issue resolution.
System Change Management and Testing
Support the System Change Request (SCR) process, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with DAI PMO.
Conduct regression testing and support system upgrades and new implementations.
Participate in testing new functionalities and ensuring system enhancements align with operational requirements.
Author system change proposals to enhance automation and integration within DAI.
Training and Knowledge Management
Develop and conduct new user training in procurement modules, general ledger, OBIEE, and budget execution.
Provide ongoing training, including office hours and refresher sessions, for DCSA personnel.
Maintain and update DCSA-specific job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Data Architecture and Integration Support
Support data services for sustaining DCSA Data Lake and Data Warehouse capabilities.
Assist with WCF Billing Data Services and ABM PR/Obligation Data Services solutions.
Maintain and support ServiceNow WCF Billing Data Services Solution.
Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance:
US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Personnel Security Investigation (PSI.) Minimum acceptable investigation is a T-1 or a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
Ability to obtain a Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret.
Education and Experience:
Have a minimum of 3 years DAI Helpdesk experience.
Have a minimum of 5-10 years of DoD financial management systems support experience.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with enterprise financial systems, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
Strong knowledge of DAI system functionality, financial reconciliation processes, and procurement operations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting system errors, managing helpdesk tickets, and supporting financial and accounting systems.
Ability to generate financial reports and reconcile data discrepancies within DAI.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and user access compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide training and user support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Prior experience supporting a Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) financial environment.
Knowledge of DAI integration with external financial systems, including U.S. Bank, DTS, and G-Invoicing.
Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticket management systems.

The Resident Support Specialist is part of the regional operations team and is responsible for execution of processes in support of the property management team and regional operations. The Resident Support Specialist focuses on resident interactions and acts as a liaison between Community Managers, internal teams, and residents to ensure that lines of communication are open and viable, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. As part of the regional operations team covering a variety of community association support functions, other specialty roles may be assigned based on need.
Your Responsibilities:
* Respond with great customer service to a high volume of emails and phone calls.
* Serve as the customer service front line while answering emails.
* Handle escalated phone calls from our Customer Care Center.
* Receive, record, respond, and/or route customer inquiries in an appropriate manner.
* Investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
* Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
* Assist in correspondence with mass communication emails.
* Follow established policy and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal team to ensure highest level of service is provided.
* Respond clearly and effectively to homeowner inquiries as needed.
* Maintain accurate property, owner and resident information in company software.
* Utilize Standard Operating Procedures to strive to exceed department expectations.
* Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
* Special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Two years of experience preferred in administrative office functions including data entry, internal/external communication and task prioritization. Experience in high volume processing highly preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree or combination of education, experience and training.
* Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to interact with owners, residents and internal associates.
* Ability to work alongside team members to assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities.
* Strong communications skills (i.e., conversational skills and writing skills).
* Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office Suite
* High level of attention to detail.

Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking a Research Specialist who will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing strategic input on defense programs and projects. The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)) is responsible for leading the U.S. Department of Defense's (DoD) efforts related to research and development, advanced technology, developmental test and evaluation, production, logistics, installation management, military construction, defense procurement, acquisition policy, environmental and nuclear security, chemical and biological matters, operational energy plans and programs, corrosion policy and oversight, human capital initiatives, as well as small and disadvantaged business management. To accomplish this mission, OUSD(A&S) requires administrative, analytical, and strategic communication support services.
This position supports the development of policies and strategies guiding the acquisition and sustainment of defense systems and capabilities. The Research Specialist will work with the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)) and its supporting divisions, including the Assistant Secretaries of Defense for Acquisition, Sustainment, Energy, Installations and Environment, and Industrial Base Policy, as well as the Directorate of Business Operations.
The position will be based in the DC metro area and is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze data from various sources (e.g., technical reports, policy documents) to support defense acquisition and sustainment decisions.
* Identify emerging technologies, systems, and operational trends that impact acquisition strategies and defense capabilities.
* Conduct technical reviews and assessments of new and existing defense systems to determine readiness, effectiveness, and applicability.
* Assist in developing policies and strategies for acquiring and sustaining defense systems.
* Provide input on defense programs by researching specific requirements, risks, and technological feasibility.
* Support cost-effectiveness analyses, risk management strategies, and feasibility assessments for defense programs.
* Prepare comprehensive reports, white papers, and presentations summarizing research findings and policy recommendations.
* Present findings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and working groups.
* Collaborate with other departments, including acquisition, logistics, and engineering teams, to align research findings with operational needs.
* Partner with external research organizations, defense contractors, universities, and government agencies to develop innovative solutions.
* Contribute to long-term strategic planning for defense acquisition and sustainment.
* Assist in developing budget proposals, resource allocation plans, and financial justifications for research and sustainment projects.
Qualifications
* Active Top Secret/SCI facility clearance.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
* Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in strategic communications.
* Executive-level support experience within DoD or other federal agencies.
* Experience leading and providing technical guidance on high-complexity projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Proven ability to manage customer expectations and work directly with stakeholders.
