The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. In addition, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Responsibilities
Installs and loads PCs with Linux and Windows operating systems. Performs daily operational support on the computer OS, including system security, access, and configuration.
Provides implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, laptops, and printers.
Performs Equipment Assert Management, upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
Specifies network requirements, monitors local area network (LAN) performance, troubleshoots networking hardware and ensures system is working properly according to specifications and parameters.
Works in collaboration with IT infrastructure team to test and certify new hardware and software solutions for use in the corporate environment.
Responsible for providing escalation support and troubleshooting for incidents reported by system monitoring, change requests, user support tickets, or networking with IT peers.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems and 3-5 years in IT support.
Current Microsoft certification (MCSA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator etc.)
You should have experience in Windows operating environments, including Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SharePoint, Exchange services.
Experience with TCP/IP and Microsoft Networking concepts.
Experience hands-on experience in installing, patching, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various Windows and Linux server software.
Need to have experience working with cyber security tools.

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.

We are looking for a Pre-Billing Support Specialist to join the Community Ambulance team. You will be responsible for handling customer questions, complaints and requests as well as following up with facilities and operations as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. The Pre-Billing Support Specialist reports to the Billing Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and respond to email inquiries from patients, attorney offices, insurance company and facilities in a timely manner
Identify customer needs and provide assistance
Assist customers visiting office
Process payments over the phone
Process incoming correspondence
Fulfill medical record requests from patients, attorney offices and insurance companies
Make outbound calls to obtain Auto Ins / Work Comp information
Call private pay patients to see if they have health insurance coverage.
Contact facilities to obtain missing Physician Certification Statements
Contact facilities to obtain information for Doe patients
Follow up with Operations in regards to missing narratives or addendums needed
Track / follow up on missing charts
All other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering and/or referring inquiries
Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties and answering questions
Ensures availability of treatment information for the provider by filing and retrieving patient records
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
May complete prior authorization paperwork for insurance, fax communications for referrals, or perform similar administrative duties.
Maintain front reception area in a clean and professional looking manner. May also be responsible for stocking and re-stocking office equipment and work with delivery services to manage outgoing and incoming deliveries.
Assist Medical Assistants with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data entry by entering patient information and other information as required. May scan and upload forms as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 1-3 years of related professional experience in a medical office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay Range: $19.00-22.00/hr

Position Definition
Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Peer Support Specialist. This candidate will provide services to young adults, ages 18-24, with an awareness of, sensitivity to, and respect for diversity of culture, ethnicity, gender identity, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientation, race, and spirituality or religion. This position will be responsible for engaging and interacting with all enrolled Transitional Housing - Rapid Rehousing Joint Program youth and providing additional support and guidance for housing readiness and stabilization, life skills, service provision, and connections to community networks. This position will also facilitate youth-specific workshops and organize recreational and social events.
Essential Responsibilities
Work alongside and support the case management staff to identify areas of need that the youth served may have and support program participants in addressing those needs.
Serve as a link of communication between the TH-RRH Case Managers and youth.
Provide support to the youth and their case manager during the youth's transition into housing, such as housing exploration and apartment viewings.
Accompany youth to appointments, grocery shopping, etc., as needed, and help identify resources around their community.
Work and support the youth to gain education/career-oriented skills and assist in meeting their service plan goals.
Participate in and facilitate focus groups and events and encourage and support youth in their involvement in those activities, including running one regular group or workshop targeting the youth served.
Work with the youth on individualized household management skills, life skills, conflict resolution, or other needs as identified by youth and their Case Manager.
Collaborate with Program Managers and TH-RRH Case Managers for the continued development, motivation, and mentorship of program participants.
Create, maintain, and update a youth resource handbook for participants in the TH-RRH program detailing different community resources identified such as schools, housing and legal resources, medical and/or mental health, food pantries and any other resources or opportunities for youth participating in the program.
Assist other program staff in developing and maintaining community linkages necessary to facilitate referrals.
Maintain an effective working relationship with external community partners and maintain steady communication and rapport with the program staff.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and come prepared for weekly supervision meetings with the Director of Programs.
Actively assist and participate in all program activities and special events, including attending all agency-required meetings and sharing relevant information with clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical case files as well as inputting all case notes and service placements into HMIS by end of shift.
Assist with the practice and implementation of affirming LGBTQ practices within the program.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Program Managers and/or Director of Programs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be between the ages of 18 - 25.
Must have experienced homelessness/housing crisis.
Experience working with homelessness, substance abuse, mental health and/or trauma-informed settings preferred.
An understanding of the LGBTQ community and issues specific to the young adult population.
Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving history records. Personal vehicle preferred.
Able to maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards.
Strong engagement and interpersonal skills.
