Initiates and manages Case ID's, warranties and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) in M2K system.
Provides proactive tracking information and updates to customers.

Resolves product or service issues promptly and independently by clarifying the customer's concern, determining root cause, explaining resolution steps, expediting the correction and managing through to resolution.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to provide technical support for end users, systems, and network components. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing OS installations, and supporting enterprise tools.

Job Title: L2/L3 IT Support Engineer (5 Openings)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Work Mode: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: 03 January 2026
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues with Office works, Fabrication, and paint shop floor systems
Provide coverage for users and systems at Syncreon, CLI, and other plant locations
Onsite support for network changes
Support SCCM environment and assist with Intune configurations
Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated for SF machines and workstations
Hardware management including shipment and returns
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot printers and scanners
Provide L2/L3 support for Windows, mac OS, and infrastructure services
Participate in plant leadership calls and weekly change management calls
Support patching activities
Adhere to operational standards, processes, and service objectives
Maintain documentation for service desk and end-user processes
Escalate to Plant leadership and MIM team in case of service interruptions
Coordinate with hardware vendors onsite
