Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, coaches, parents, and gym leadership. · Knowledge and experience in climbing instruction commensurate with the team level being coached ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position is a Part Time (5-15hours/week), non-exempt position, including gym membership, gear discounts, guest passes, and other benefits available to Movement employees We are currently hiring for our Intro Team Coach position(s). Intro teams regularly meet at the following times: Saturdays 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm Sundays 11a-1pm & 2pm-4pm Starting pay is $16.50 with room for flexibility depending on experience.
