OBJECTIVE:
Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver, guest information such as address, name, email address, phone number by having guest utilize an IPAD.
Operates the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from the guests, managing the cash flow by registering the amount transactions on a daily basis, taking payment from guests by cash or card (credit card / debit card), and providing exact change to the guest if the payment is made by cash.
Operating the billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
Organizes the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
Checks snack inventory is sufficient and ensures communication with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
Walks the floor regularly to monitor there are no unsafe hazards present and guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and all sanitize all park structures ie tables, chairs, playground structure.
Assist and participate in family events and ensure that events operate efficiently.
Other duties assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Food Safety Sanitor performs sanitation labor by performing the eight steps of sanitation while understanding and complying with all food safety and safety policies and procedures. Job duties include:
* Work cooperatively with leads and management to ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
* Frequently lift hoses, equipment, and chemical containers, etc.
* Wear employer-specified personal protective equipment ("PPE") such as gloves, face shield, eye goggles, aprons, boots, safety glasses, etc.
* Exposure to chemicals (with PPE required for the task).

Job DescriptionLocated in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego, Mission Bay RV Resort occupies over 20 prime acres on Mission Bay just east of Rose Creek. We offer over 300 campsites that vary in size and proximity to Mission Bay.
We seek a friendly and patient person who knows their way around a desktop computer, Windows 10 and has prior experience with heavy inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a hotel reservation call center or at a hotel front desk. The job requires reliable attendance, interacting with guests and potential guests in person and over the phone, problem-solving skills and learning the reservations software within a reasonable period. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are an EOE M/F/D/V.
Core Tasking
Check-in guests just like at a hotel front desk, i.e., use our reservations software to confirm reservations, accept or verify payment, modify reservations, etc.
Respond to guest questions, concerns or complaints and provide assistance as requested.
Keep the front desk supplied with the documents all guests receive when they check-in.
Use the phone and radio to contact guest relations, security or maintenance team members; res/reg employees work closely with these departments to ensure our guests have such a great stay they will book with us again.
Answer calls to create new reservations, modify existing reservations or cancel reservations via our reservation software.
Take credit card payments and process other credit card transactions.
Accurately key all details pertaining to a reservation.
Be at work on time and reliably - satisfactory attendance is essential.
Requires patience, attention to detail, organization, type at least 30 wmp, intermediate PC experience, accuracy, adherence to reservations policies and procedures, high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working at a front desk is a plus. Experience with Newbook reservation software is a plus but not necessary.

The remit of the CMT member is to deliver on the value proposition potential of the product(s) by ensuring all aspects of the manufacturing and release processes are conducted to ensure Right First Time and in full delivery of the product(s) to downstream nodes.
What you will do
* Assist CMT to ensure ongoing planning, production, analysis and review is performed within the cycle time (in production) and within the committed service processing time in QC and QA.
* Learn material and information flows within the commercial setting to ensure robust and efficient product cycles. Maintain and update E2E-process mapping to ensure adherence to our Plan-to-Produce process while reducing the cycle and service processing times.
* Coordinate with Team Leader and schedulers to optimize the production schedule for their product(s), ensuring product demand remains on track against planned deliveries and commitment dates. Participate in the Huddles to optimize equipment usage to improve on OEE, ensuring that SAP OOP dates/ invoicing dates of all batches are always updated and clearly communicated to all stakeholders, including customers.

Below is a general outline of some of the roles and responsibilities expected of our Team Members (this list is not all inclusive):
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner
Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store looks clean and professional at all times
Ensuring prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times
Maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
Troubleshooting and resolving car wash related issues as needed
Preparing shift reports at the end of the shifts as per company guidelines
Crossing and upselling store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
Escalating all high-priority issues to their immediate manager
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a quick timeline, especially if there are any changes or items that may adversely affect the store's operations
Ability to read, understand, and write in the English language
Perform basic math including proper calculation of change, etc.
Have the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as required under applicable laws and regulations)
Can lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders as needed
Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines
Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the station)
Employee Incentives:
Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel
Employees that are with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel
MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
