Day to Day Warehouse Team Member Activities
Provide excellent customer service to all Gensco customers and fellow Team Members
Receive in product shipments, unload, and put away products in warehouse bin location
Pick customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare for delivery
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks

-Legal documentation to complete the I-9. These documents must establish identity and the right to work in the United States. Because of federal law, we are required to see the originals of these documents and are not allowed to accept copies for this purpose.
-Reliable transportation to commute daily to Tacoma for work daily. (Although Pierce Transit does have a local stop, we require our employees to be on time daily regardless whether the bus runs late.)
-Employees must be able to communicate in English. This includes reading, speaking and understanding.
The following skills would be helpful as well, but are not required.
-Experience operating a sit-down propane powered forklift. (We do train in house for use.)
-Experience operating a walkie-rider/moto-jack. (We do train in house.)

In 2017, four childhood friends came up
with a simple concept: take Nashville Hot
Chicken and make it better than anyone
else in America. With only a couple
thousand dollars to their names, they
opened up a pop-up concept in a parking lot
in East Hollywood, serving a simple menu of
Tenders, Sliders, Fries, and Kale Slaw. They
created a cult following - with lines
consistently over an hour long.
After 6 months of running the pop-up with
long lines, the Team took the plunge. In
January 2018, it opened its first physical
Restaurant: at a sleepy strip center in East
Hollywood. Demand for the craveable Hot
Chicken exceeded all expectations. Sales
grew every month from then on, with
consistently long lines throughout the day.
Dave, the co-founder and Chef, was trained
at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Restaurant
organization. He came up with a simple
process: take the best quality Chicken,
prepare it in a proprietary Brine and, after
deep frying, top the most tender Chicken in
the world with one of seven Signature Spice
Blends.

Store - SEA-ISSAQUAH, WADeliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
