POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking to hire an Associate to support the leadership team of our monthly-subscription Infrastructure vehicles targeted at the private wealth space (the "K-Series"). The Associate will work with the COO, the broader global Infrastructure team and various other internal stakeholders to determine and prioritize projects, complete deliverables, and transform/operationalize recurring processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain models to support portfolio construction and risk management for a pair of semi-liquid infrastructure private equity vehicles
* Produce pro forma analysis based on addition of potential new acquisitions
* Generate ad hoc analysis and reports for portfolio managers and board of S and Luxembourg entities
* Manage onboarding process for potential new portfolio companies
* Coordinate workstreams among deal execution team, tax analysis, legal advisors, treasury and deal closing functions

QUALIFICATIONS
* 2-5 years' experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, management consulting firm, or in another finance-related role with similar responsibilities.
* Academic experience as an undergraduate in finance, math, computer science or engineering is preferred
* Familiarity with infrastructure investments is a plus, but not necessary
* Demonstrated ability to formulate creative solutions to unstructured

Overview
This position will be responsible for assistance of administrating general operation of Bulk Purchase Review Committee (BPC) including maintenance of BPC Management System, preview of PRD materials, file organization, meeting organization, notification, Post Purchase evaluation and preparation of meeting agenda and minutes that will be sent to the Chairperson, attending members, key meeting participants and IAD observation staff timely for review and comment. Collect and review the materials presented to the Committee prior to the meeting to ensure that the requests together with supporting documents properly comply with the requirements of BPC Policy. Take custody of all BPC documents including meeting minutes; Organize, summarize and report to EMC post purchase evaluations in paper form as well as BPC Management system
Responsibilities
BPC Committee Operation
Coach purchase request department/branch (PRD) to prepare BPC request in the BPC Management system and understand BPC process
Preview and comment meeting materials with PRD
Prepare meeting agenda, preview and voting sheet, attendance, periodic BPC report, meeting materials and minutes
Collect and prepare meeting materials and send to members for review, and arrange meeting time and location
Summarize members' comments, voting result and notify PRD of BPC meeting decision
Communicate and coordinate other issues between member s and PRD a s needed
Observe BPC processes to identify, monitor, measure, assess, manage, control, report and remediate risks including BCP
Have ability to enhance and maintain BPC management system
Maintain and organize BPC files in good order
Have Potential ability to backup BPC Vice Chairman
Post Purchase Evaluation
Manage and collect annual BPC data, and select post evaluation cases
Review and challenge post evaluation materials from purchase request party, and prepare post purchase evaluation report
Summarize and prepare report to BPC members and EMC
Governance and Policy
Help organizing training and administrating training operation
Help draft and update of policy, guidelines, Q&A, manual and training materials
Prepare periodical and annual report independently
Others
All other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Supervisor
BSA/AML and Compliance
Keep abreast of BSA/AML, OFAC and other regulatory updates by attending compliance trainings, seminars and subscription of industry news
Observe any BSA/AML or OFAC issue and notify respective parties of any potential impact
Comply with all risk requirements by IRD, if applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance/Accounting major required
At least 2-4 years of banking experience required for Associate level; 5 - 8 years of Banking or procurement experience required for AVP level
Regulatory and compliance knowledge; financial/ accounting knowledge
Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
USD $42,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner
Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients
Share pricing and class information with prospective clients
Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients
Complete studio tours with new clients
Work alongside and support SLT instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience
Ensure complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system
Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the studio
Ensure prompt response to studio emails; notify Studio Manager if needed
Understand SLT product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail operations
Complete basic Megaformer machine maintenance
Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class so each client receives the best SLT experience
Assist in retail inventory at the end of the month
Complete opening and/or closing checklists
Perform other studio duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Mariana Tek software experience a plus
Leadership experience a plus
Must have superior customer service skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
Must be highly organized
Ability to work independently as well as on a team
Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work:
Minimum of three shifts per week; minimum 4 hours each
Ability to work flexible hours; early morning/late night/ weekends
