The Warehouse Processing Team Member performs functions directly related to accurately counting and pricing/ticketing merchandise and organized inventory accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood Company procedures. This Host will also provide operational support and facility upkeep to the Dollywood Company Warehouse.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Hosts will be responsible for processing all merchandise product
Hosts must follow all policy and procedures relating to Inventory Control including, but not limited to receiving, price ticketing, processing paperwork, inventory audits, product transfers and orders at warehouse or any Dollywood property
Match packing slip/transfer document with orders, verify counts and communicate discrepancies
Maintains a high degree of attention to detail and concentration to sustain an ordinary routine with minimal supervision
Represents the Dollywood Company in a friendly and professional manner to guests, vendors, suppliers and fellow host
Follows all Merchandise Operational Policies and Procedures effectively and adheres to all Merchandise Safety Guidelines. Reports any safety issue to their immediate supervisor immediately
Supports all teammates with words, behavior and actions that are in alignment to attain locations budgeted profit and maintain a positive work environment
Supports Warehouse delivery team with pickups and deliveries, as needed. Host ensures they are to date on all company and divisional communications through communication boards and binders
Supports and exhibits behaviors that are in alignment with our Company Vision, Mission, and Core Values
Protects the privacy and security of our guests and coworkers, including PCI compliance

Education and Experience Required
Must be minimum 18 years of age
High School diploma or the equivalent
Previous warehouse work experience
Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, running reports and inventory systems
Must have a valid driver's license with proof of auto liability insurance
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check including motor vehicle
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to project Dollywood's image by being genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in their work
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
