Job Description Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include forklift operation, machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company. Primary Responsibilities: Forklift positions Loading material in the warehouse, yard, and onto outgoing trucks. Manual counting and scanning of units. Fairview is looking for a Psychiatric Associate to join our outstanding Behavioral Float Pool BERT team (Behavioral Emergency Response Team)! All Psych Associates and RNs report to a nurse manager. The Behavioral Health department includes child/adolescents, adults, and seniors This role is approved for 48 hours, every two weeks on the night shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am), working 12 hour shifts, every third weekend with a variable schedule. The Psychiatric Associate is responsible for the delivery of patient care and promotion of a therapeutic environment as delegated by and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse so that goals and objectives of treatment are achieved on each unit as assigned.
