Specific Responsibilities include:
Provide prompt responses and resolutions to all customer/manufacturer inquiries regarding orders, invoicing, product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of products, customer pricing and/or billing.

Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies by understanding the needs and objectives of the business.
Analyze and process all orders and invoices with attention to detail and critical insight of the customer's business.
Work with sales executive on account specific tasks such as deduction reconciliation, sell sheets, item maintenance, and administrative responsibilities as needed.
