Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations and task management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in records through regular reconciliation
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatching
Conduct and support warehouse safety trainings; help maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with packing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflows
Manage asset tracking and coordinate office/warehouse supply purchasing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse operation data using internal systems
Coordinate basic equipment maintenance and repair schedules
Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
