Position Overview: The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience. They are responsible for creating day making experiences through delivering unparalleled guest service, making world-class hand-crafted beverages and bringing the Purpose and Values of Caribou to life in every interaction.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Preferred:
Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Ensure all yard merchandise is properly wrapped and stored in a way that will prevent it from being weather damaged.
Effectively load correct merchandise into customers' vehicles while following all safety guidelines.
As requested, locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock during operating hours.
Transport product throughout the facility while safely operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
Ensure lumber is being culled per company guidelines.
Maintain a working knowledge of product placement in the yard to be able to better assist and direct our customers.
Maintain all car side pickup signage and cones in the yard.
Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
Job Requirements and Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
