Qualifications Current Job Opportunities: Meat Clerk Team Member / Meat Wrapper Starting Rate: $16.00/hr Position Description: A Meat Team Member is responsible for providing prompt and friendly customer service. The Meat Team Member will chop meat to size for display or as ordered by the customer, cut, wrap, trim, produce sausage, packaging and pricing all meat items. They maintain, fill, and stock cases, and receive merchandise in the meat department. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality meat offerings. Your day-to-day: Prepare meat for display on the sales floor. Maintains accurate department signage and pricing. Stock, price, rotate and place product on meat displays according to DeCicco & Sons standards. Maintain sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler, and sales area. Wash, trim, and wrap products.
