Qualifications Require: Previous customer service experience in a retail environment. Operate a POS system and computers with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Operate all other software packages for computers and be able to type 35 wpm. Must have the ability to be a copy and print center expert. Must have experience in using Adobe Suite, Publisher and Photo Shop Must also possess the ability to stand for long periods and lift fifty pounds regularly without difficulty. Must have a valid driver's license to move and park trucks. Previous experience @ a pack & shipping retail store preferred but not required (Willing to train qualified candidates)

* Participating in departmental quality improvement efforts and research (including data collection), in order to facilitate efficient delivery of the highest quality care.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
* The knowledge of medical terminology and other theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Science.
Experience:
* A minimum of one year of experience in a related role is preferred
* Proficiency in use of MS Windows and Office and ability to train in and use various aspects of the electronic medical record, including EPIC preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and function proactively and anticipate needs of physicians and/or patients.
